Hiyoten has a yakitori bar concept and they serve alcohol drinks too, making it a great place for hanging out. They also offer heavier options like udon with various choices. During my visit, I ordered kawa (skin), momo (thigh), tamagoyaki (rolled omelette), and gyoza. For the skewers, you can choose between tare (sweet) or shio (salty). I opted for tare. Overall, everything was delicious; the tare sauce was just right, kawa was crispy, momo was tender, and the tamagoyaki, skewered, was thick and soft. The gyoza was juicy and tasty even without dipping sauce, in my opinion. For drinks, I had ocha (green tea) which was refillable. I also ordered a coffee mocktail, which came in a can but also had a glass.
