Well greeted at the entrance of the hotel with friendly staff. Rooms was clean and comfortable however some necessities are not given unless requested. Checking in and out took slightly longer time due to holiday period. Nonetheless, there are lots of food places around especially the famous Jonker street which is crowded with people at night.
