Kick off the festive season with a touch of Christmas magic.

❤️ This year, the hotel will host two Christmas events in support of its official charity partner, Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice. 🎵 The events include a concert at The Promenade featuring singer Alexandra Burke and Anglo-Italian soprano Carly Paoli, and a festive afternoon tea with special guest, author David Walliams. 💗 All proceeds from the events will be donated to Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice as part of the hotel’s charity project this year. 🍰 In addition, the hotel will host a special afternoon tea for the hospice’s families and children, inviting them to help decorate The Ark Christmas tree and hold the Noah’s Ark Winter Ball in the ballroom. 📖 On December 1, David Walliams will host a children’s afternoon tea, offering a fun literary experience. He will read chapters from his new book, The World’s Worst Detective, and each child will receive a signed book as a souvenir. Tickets are £75 for children and £150 for adults, and include a festive-themed afternoon tea. 🎄 The Dorchester’s festive decorations are designed by the hotel’s florist, Philip Hammond. The decorations include a 15-foot British Nordmann fir tree in the lobby to welcome guests. 🌄 The hotel also has a Christmas cabin where children can write letters to Santa and send them directly to the North Pole via the hotel’s exclusive post box. 🏨 To immerse guests in the festive atmosphere, The Dorchester is offering a festive stay package, which includes a variety of dining options, entertainment experiences, and special events. 🎈 Guests staying on Christmas Eve can join the hotel’s festive celebrations, enjoy a traditional Dorchester Christmas lunch, and watch live performances on Christmas Day. On December 26, guests can choose to enjoy breakfast or a Boxing Day brunch, and enjoy a late check-out at 4 pm.
