Wolong Lake at the foot of Wangmang Ridge

Wolong Lake at the foot of Wangmang Ridge is an important scenic spot in the area. The lake covers an area of nearly 10,000 square meters, with shimmering water and surrounding ecological trails connected by lush trees and vibrant flowers and grass. The environment is very beautiful, making people feel relaxed and unwilling to leave. Above the lake, there are two pavilions. The one to the south is called 'Xingyun Pavilion,' a place where the sea of clouds often appears; the one to the north is called 'Liushui Pavilion,' a place with mountain springs. The names of these two pavilions subtly reflect the scenic features of Wangmang Ridge: 'Watching the sea of clouds on the ridge, listening to the flowing springs in the gorge.' Standing in the pavilions, you can look up and see the majestic overlapping peaks and sheer cliffs of the Taihang Mountains, which are spectacular and reach high into the clouds.
