Fine dine and drinks

Hue, the restaurant is located just adjacent to the museum on the first floor with a great view on the harbour and Hong Kong island side. Service is fine, professional and courteous. For starters, the deep fried pea ball was so yummy, really soft and creamy inside. The burrata with fig and scallop was refreshing, artichoke with some sort of dip made of beans, a bit similar to hummus was also refreshing and tasty. The pork belly was very crispy and with the herbs and spices the yogurt dressing was divine. High quality ingredients, every single dish, the combination of different ingredients went so well together. The food presentation was done well too.
