Located on Shatin Pass Road, this temple can be reached by taking the 18M green minibus from MTR Wong Tai Sin Station to Tai Chi Road, which takes about 3 minutes. Fazang Temple is a place you can visit, offering ancestral rites and memorial tablets. It is quite open as it is located on Jia Road. There is a place for memorial tablets that is often used as a filming location for TV dramas. The temple is clean and peaceful. Of course, during the Qingming Festival and the Mid-Autumn Festival, many people will come to pray. There is not much parking space, so you often have to wait outside during tomb-sweeping periods. The temple is four stories high, but there is a small elevator available for the elderly or those in need of assistance. During the tomb-sweeping period, vegetarian dishes are offered as sacrifices to ancestors. However, one thing to note is that there are high-voltage power lines overhead like a net around Fazang Temple, making it unsuitable for people with pacemakers.
