Location: Dali, Yunnan, China Experience: Dali has 3 cable cars, only this one takes you to the summit area for an elevation of 3966m ASL! You’re in the eaves of the Himalayas. No need to book a tour to do this - just grab a didi or taxi to the ticket office and buy your ticket there. It’s so easy to do it by yourself. Highly recommend going early to avoid the crowds.
