Air India business class

AI346 Chennai to Singapore. was offered ticket to lounge as I have limited time i did not visit. Since it's an airbus A320. was offered welcome drink only after all the passenger get on the plane. Buttermilk and grape juice were offered. Flight took off on time. Cabin crew handed out menus after 15 mins she came and take order. once lunch served... cabin crew only came out to clear. Didn't come out to refill and ask if we want anything else..they stay in their galley all time. even though there were only 3 of us in business class(3 cabin crew) yet the service was so robotic but they were just smiling all the time but didn't offer anything. It's feel like economy class with larger seats and meal spread nicely and ceramic plates. there is nothing special being air India business class hopefully they ll do better. or maybe just for this flight the crew were tired.
