Very high tea 🍰 ~ Ritz-Carlton, Harbin

📌 友谊西路660号富力中心1座哈尔滨富力丽思卡尔顿酒店54层 54th Floor of the Ritz-Carlton next to the river. 🌅 Watching the sunset from this high location here is just amazing and it made for a perfect afternoon tea for my friend's birthday. They even decorated the table for the event and gave us a special teddy for the new year. 🍰 The high tea set was a special one just for Chinese New Year so we couldn't choose a different one but the staff were very accommodating when I said my friend is a vegetarian and they made some extra vegetarian pieces for her.
