We had to stay at this establishment after our flight was cancelled and the airline sent us. Talk about rubbing salt into the wound. Worse place I’ve ever had the misfortune to stay in. The room was very basic to say the least. The reception gentleman had obviously graduated from charm school with the highest honours. Prices where hiked to take advantage of people caught in a bind. Never thought I would see such behaviour in my home from home Corfu. Left a bad taste and they should be ashamed of themselves.

The charging head of the room has been loose for a long time. you ca n't blow your head. It’s okay to take pictures, but the level is not up to five stars.

Enjoyed a 4 night stay is Junior suite room located on 3rd floor. The room enjoys great views of port, sea and square from a very large double balcony. Spacious and comfortable room with separate bedroom and lounge area. The suite has 2 air conditioning units, separate bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast was good and large choice offered. You can enjoy breakfast in their clique Central Cafe bar. Quick and efficient check-in/out. Friendly and welcoming staff. This is a return visit too.

This short three-night trip in Kefu Island was found to be a five-star hotel near the airport because it was inconvenient to bring a baby. It was said that five stars were actually four stars at most. First of all Facilities: The facilities are still relatively complete, the spa three restaurants Japanese restaurant five-star praise, the ingredients are fresh, the service is very warm ❤️ recommended red wine 🍷 absolutely. Including the buffet in the hotel is quite general, Samsung half standard. The soft drinks were poor, the juices were not of the standard you would expect in a 4-star hotel. The rooms were very basic, clean but nothing special. There was a kettle in the room but no tea bags or coffee sachets. Another big issue for me were the fact that our double bed was in fact two single beds pushed together and not even a double duvet or sheet! We effectively slept in separate beds next to each other - not exactly intimate. Even the bath did not have a plug! I assumed this was an error, when I queried it I was told this was for economic reasons, so anyone staying here better like having a shower! Entertainment was non-existent. Beyond a few pool tables and to sit around and listen to the background music at the bar, there was nothing. The pool was out of service, the gym and spa you read about on their website was nowhere to be seen. And let's get to the real issue I had with our stay. To quote the Artiti Grand Hotel's own website ”Providing an intimate, relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience with highlights its rich heritage, an enviable location and personalized services”. Their idea of intimate and relaxing time was to ram every last room with teenagers (12-17) from schools across Greece. We did not get a single night of adequate sleep, the room adjacent to ours was blaring music until the small hours, shouting, banging doors, just the absolute opposite of having a relaxing time. We even moved rooms and it made very little difference. When we sat with the hotel manager to air our complaints, he essentially told us we came at the wrong time of the year. That was it. Perhaps he should include a footnote that his hotel is packed to the brim with screaming teens, smoking and drinking during the spring months. Absolutely pathetic, he offered no immediate apology either. As people who work hard and paid for a relaxing time, I honestly feel robbed by the Ariti Grand. Anyone who's managed to read this far and still thinks that the Artiti Grand is worth a look at, I say keep looking. Nothing about my stay would make me want to return.

This is a wonderful hotel. It has the best location in zakynthos town. I received a room with a balcony overlooking the port, and it was amazing! The staff is also incredible—thank you Natasha for your wonderful concierge service! The breakfast is beyond delicious, and the rooftop bar has unforgettable views of the town. I have seen some reviews mentioning the rooms needing renovation; I felt very comfortable and please keep in mind this is an island in greece, not Manhattan. It’s a top pick for Zante town.

We are from 2020.6.3, Grandpa Lily said that we are the first group of guests after the epidemic. We booked the room with a large balcony on the top floor! This balcony is also super worth it, the scenery is really great. You can see the sunrise in the morning and the scenery at night is also very good, the sky and the sea are different from day to day. You can see the sea when you lie in bed. Grandpa Lili really likes China and WeChat. Their hotel also has many day trip options. Grandpa Lili has lived on this island for 30 years and is very familiar with the island and will take us to many beautiful places. The water pressure in the hotel bath is not stable and the facilities are average. The location and scenery are first class. If you don't know how to go and where to play for the first time, you are recommended to stay here, and Grandpa Lilliput will help you.

This was my first time visiting Greece and I had a fantastic first experience at Grecotel Eva Palace. I'll start my review with the positives and then include points that are important for those travelling to the hotel and areas where I feel there could be some improvement. Firstly, I really enjoyed the breakfast. I felt there was a good variety and I always enjoy a hotel breakfast where you can get fresh eggs/pancakes and this was something we had. I didn't book all inclusive/half board and had I stayed longer than 3 nights it would be something I would have regretted (more on this later). The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable (pillows could be a little firmer). The hotel was fairly busy when we booked but every time I went to the pool there were loungers available for us (however people do tend to reserve theirs with a towel). I liked the beach tote and beach towels in the room. There was complimentary sparkling wine (I don't drink so I can't say if this was good) and baklava in the room on check in. The pool was large and I really liked the private beach area also. As a general rule the hotel was very beautiful and clean. There is also the added positive of a complimentary shuttle into corfu town (requires booking in advance - taxi's are quite expensive) If you plan on staying here this hotel is fairly remote so dinner options in the area is limited so I would recommend half board/all inclusive. The roads aren't the safest and I did walk to a nearby hotel on the first night and chose to eat at the sister restaurant on the 2nd night. I did feel that I didn't want to explore the area due to how steep and narrow the roads are and how it isn't pedestrianised in the area. The hotel isn't suitable for people with mobility issues/poor mobility as you have to go down some fairly steep steps to reach the pool and a steep road to the private beach (even though it is close). Areas to improve: We arrived an hour before check in and was told our room wasn't available for early check-in but they would try to get us in the room as early as they could. Whilst waiting we were offered some complimentary lemonade and some water. We ended up getting the room 45 minutes after check-in and there was no communication regarding the delay. We would have been more than happy if we had been offered somewhere to change after the flight so we could use the pool whilst waiting for our room. Whilst breakfast was enjoyable some of the ”hot” food in the buffet was actually cold. Lastly, the pool was very cold so to some this can be refreshing but to others you wouldn't really want to use the pool as you couldn't stay in there for long. Alongside the shuttle there is also a water taxi but the timing for this is very limited - can only leave at 9:30 am and return at 2:30am.

We stayed here for a long weekend in June 2023. We had a beachfront room, very spacious with a sliding door separating the main living area from a twin bedded area, ideal for a family. The room was very well appointed and spacious and clean. The restaurants were all very good, quality of food and choice of wine impressive. The breakfast in particular was very good, it was fairly busy when we went but we never had to wait for a table and the breakfast team were super helpful , friendly and efficient in finding us a table. The breakfast was one of the best that we’ve had, a huge array of hot and cold food, I couldn’t think of anything that wasn’t available. The staff throughout the resort were courteous, friendly and helpful. There are sun beds and parasols on the sandy beach which was clean and tidy. The bar area was also welcoming and well appointed. The hotel is a 10-15 walk from a marina that had a few bars and restaurants and about 10-15 in a taxi into Corfu town which has huge array of eateries, shops, bars etc. There is a water taxi at the jetty on the beach that can take you to a number of restaurants, all of which were wonderful. The only minor criticism I would have is that the concierge team seemed a little clueless, not having any restaurant recommendations or even knowledge of the water taxi service which we found a little odd. George on the front desk came to the rescue with information and help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel for couples, friends or family and will definitely return.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the sea, not far from attractions such as windmills and lighthouses. And there are many seaside restaurants. Opposite the hotel is an original ecological garden with fresh air. Recommended!

The hotel is situated very close the the sea front just off the main road through Benitses. We found it was a really nice place to stay, our room was on the first floor and were lucky enough to get a corner apartment which had a balcony that went round both sides. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, breakfast was good with a nice variation of food, with everyone who worked there very helpful. There are plenty of bars/restaurants along the main road and into the village square.

Don't take part in a day trip to the hotel. It's a very boring sixty euros for a person, a child for 40, a strong hotel for 65 euros a day, a car rental is only forty or fifty euros driving, is the most correct choice, I do Airport bus to the bus station, walk to the hotel 1.8 Euro. Blue hole plus Shipwreck Bay 20 Euro per person, children free. It is worth going to go to Greece, Zhaji is a must, it is beautiful. Ctrip is a very responsible booking network, the price is the cheapest, no matter what other international reservations are booked.

Overall facilities are good. However, the tourism consulting services provided by the hotel are lacking: I stayed for 4 days and the weather was bad, rainy and windy, and the boats out of the hotel were suspended. The hotel only provided their own services. When asked if there were restaurants or other nearby, they didn't know/or didn't tell. I can only stay in Shadian for 4 days. Actually, it’s not the case. On the last day, there were many restaurants and travel-related sea tours, including horse ride, car tour, jet tour, etc., just 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel. It was very lively.

The hotel is on the hill. There is a shuttle bus to the town and the beach, but it depends on their time. The hotel is a bit of a sense of age. We booked a private pool suite but the pool was a bit dirty and there were corpses of bugs in it and there was no water. The room was generally ok. Dinner and breakfast were included but the dishes and taste were not good. There were only lazy ones in the hotel Big dog and a few cats like to follow you. When checking in, I explained a lot of things in detail. There is a free airport pick-up and dinner. You can't wear revealing clothes and drinks are charged separately. Overall it's ok!

The appearance of the hotel is good, the service attitude is poor, give me a room that is too small for my suitcase to be flat. I went to the front desk and asked for a room change. This hotel is very good, including dinner, until 10 o'clock in the evening, a lot of trouble. This is the favorite hotel in the Greek itinerary. The hotel has an infinity pool and a private beach. It is super comfortable to sit on the chair by the swimming pool every day. We stayed for one week in Zefyros hotel. It's not in the city but it is right in the centre of the island, so it serves as a perfect base for daily excursions in the mainland and the wonderful beaches of the northwest. Nice, cosy, clean hotel with very nice breakfast and friendly staff that will help you with your trips. Definately will stay again, thank you Zefyros!

The hotel is on the top of the mountain, more than 700 meters away from the sea in a straight line. The seaside in the other direction is a town, two kilometers away. You have to take a taxi to Zakynthos Town, fifteen euros a time. In short, you have to take a taxi everywhere. This is something we didn't expect beforehand. The hotel did not hand it over to the chain management team. There was only one person at the front desk. He watched a half-old Italian man running around. Later, I saw him grinding coffee and preparing drinks. Later, he came to the restaurant to order dishes, and then he came to order and help you. Pull luggage to the room. . . Others are lazy, do whatever they call it, and don't take the initiative. It feels like a family business. The lobby is quite large, empty scattered with tables, chairs, and sofas. The facilities in the room are not in good condition, and the boxed paper and kettle are only given to us when we go to the front desk. Not worthy of a five-star title. Unprepared to travel with the local group, everyone went to swim in the water. We stayed on the boat stupidly, and cancelled the trip to the Blue Hole altogether the next day. I went to the beach to swim by myself. This hotel is not good value for money! ! ! It is better to choose Zakynthos to live in. The desserts in this hotel are very good and the breakfast is very good.

First impressions - beautiful, clean apartment in a great area of Tsilivi. Set in lovely surroundings and close to the beach and main street. I was a solo traveller and felt completely safe and secure whilst out and about and in the apartment itself. There is a security fob on the key which allows access to apartments if you arrive late in the night. Great view from the veranda - stunning! The apartment had everything I needed and was spacious and clean. Air con was an added bonus and it was much needed. Overall great value for money. The hosts were so nice and friendly. They were helpful with anything I needed and I appreciated having a point of contact for advice as a lone traveller. I will definitely return to Domus Alta at a later date but stay for longer next time! Thank you, Angela for everything! It meant a lot to me.

Stayed here with my partner & 8 month old baby. Check in was very quick & efficient, bags were carried to the room for us by Giannis. Opted for the seaside view room with the private pool, the room was huge lots of space, nicely decorated, it was cleaned everyday but not to my standards the floor was a little dirty & the toilet had a bit of a smell. The bed was very comfortable, a baby cot was kindly provided for us. The pool was very cold I assume because of the time of the year but it barely gets any sun just about an hour in the morning. The views were amazing & waking up to the sound of the ocean really made our stay. The main pool was big, bit warmer & there was a lot of sun loungers. The beach also had a lot of loungers but also cold & pebbly. There are bees around the pool & beach & after a while they start being a bother. We didn’t try the pool bar but it looked clean & always staffed. Some nights there was entertainment on by the pool which was really good. The food was very good, good variety, there’s something for everyone. Good selection of drinks too. There’s some repetition but that’s expected. Very big dining hall which was clean & very efficient staff. There is a supermarket around 10 mins walk from the hotel which sticks a lot of stuff - food, toiletries, souvenirs. The staff were very friendly everyone from the reception team & especially the dining staff were excellent. Special mention for Giannis who was amazing, couldn’t do enough for us & works very hard. He is a credit to that place & we are grateful to have met him.
