My husband and I stayed at this hotel for approximately three weeks. From the very first night of our stay we felt so welcomed. Not only is the hotel well managed, the hotel is nearly spotless from the lobby to the common walking areas to the rooms. We were so pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms are so immaculately clean. When we walked into the room it had a clean and fresh smell. They also have a wonderful staff who are attentive to every need that arises, including the housekeeping staff. There is a such a spirit of excellence at this hotel like none other we’ve stayed at. The General Manager, Siama and the Assistant General Manager, Sarim manage this hotel with absolute excellence. They go above and beyond to provide a superior level of customer service to their guests. They are not somewhere sitting inside an office behind the scenes. They are front and center at the front desk taking care of their guests, always available and hands on in the trenches with the rest of the staff. In all of our travels throughout the U.S. we have never seen such professionalism, dedication and commitment to excellence as we saw displayed at this hotel by these two senior managers and the staff they employ. This hotel and management staff are the crème de la crème in the U.S. If you’re looking for a place to call home, even if for just one night, this is the one.
