房間面積蠻大，設施很新，和隔壁華美達是一家，早餐都在華美達，可以去華美達打卡點看東江湖美景。前台小黃服務不錯，謝謝照顧。白廊湖景視野開闊，碼頭就在旁邊，傍晚可以坐最後一班船遊湖一圈看夕陽。

湖景房超級無敵，景色很漂亮，爽心悦目！雖然是陰天，沒有看到最具特色的湖面水霧，一大早也看到了些許霧氣，也算是一點驚喜。

設施：很差，浴室漏水漏到整個房間全部都是一層水，穿着鞋子都濕的那一種。整個酒店就只有一個前台服務員，都是旁邊華美達的，然後叫了華美達的工作人員過來搞了一個多小時。連清洗地板的基本工具都沒有，5分鐘能搞定的事情，搞了一個多小時啊，非常差評。

酒店一樓和頂樓拍照打卡都很好看，內部硬件條件也還可以，工作人員服務也不錯，到達找不到停車場，門口會有工作人員指路，並幫忙拿行李，我們住的家庭親子房，帶着2個娃，大床和小床可以拼在一起，住的還蠻舒服的～

離開白廊景區很近，環境整潔，一家四口出行，一大床➕單人床合適，房間挺大的，廁所跟淋浴間分開，衣櫃隱蔽床邊邊，國慶降温，浴袍正好用上保暖🤣早餐還行，吃了特色殺豬粉，要手動加胡椒粉才好吃哦

想泡澡，所以定的帶泡泡池的房間，池子夠大，可以兩個人一起泡澡，床墊也很舒服，酒店距離白廊碼頭很近，附近吃飯的也多，核心位置，國慶假期旁邊的華美達酒店還有煙花秀

華美達下屬品牌，感覺整體格調比較年輕，離華美達酒店50米，房間非常大，分離式的衞生洗漱，窗外側面就是東江湖，樓下就是停車場和商業，非常便利。

1.雖遇天災，但更多是人禍，大堂值班位置晚上無人值守，凌晨4點暴雨一個多小時水位漸變過程淹掉停車場，酒店未發現無任何酒店人員通知顧客應急響應，直到所有入住客人自己發現車輛泡水，酒店解釋是為了確保顧客安全。但確保酒店顧客安全難道酒店顧客至少有的知情權都不應該有嗎？？小旅館都有24小時安保！！水淹到大堂了還沒酒店管理人員敲門通知，我是早上醒來趴窗邊看是否有日出，結果是看到水淹停車場！
2.酒店推卸責任車輛在停車場受損，停車位置是酒店指引，出事就不是酒店的管理範圍，**！蓋章證明衹準備蓋停車場章，皮球踢得不錯
3.顧客索要夜晚值班監控，證實無人值班，酒店負責人説監控室泡水，我接受，但衹要是企業，服務業要求監控數據保留更高，一般都有雲備份。不提供，一口嘴硬只是天災！！
4.**的酒店和顧客協商態度是，要顧客請去起訴酒店，店大欺客，知道旅客沒有時間耗
對有如此企業文化的D酒店，在顧客住店財產受損的情況下，要和顧客對簿公堂的態度點贊 。且所有受損顧客並沒有任何非分要求 ，全程錄視頻為證，無人值守也有視頻為證 ，不止一個顧客視頻記錄
下圖所示 ，我自己發現車輛泡水並移車衹移動30m左右，一分鐘完成。造成車輛受損的水是泄洪渠水溢到停車坪時造成的，至少持續一個小時才能淹到車。值守前台就隔一塊透明玻璃能看到停車場！
出事之後還要顧客教打開道閘、去敲門通知房客，服務業的典範 ，這個時間已經是挪車之後。後續在抗洪救災受傷也不是災情前期玩忽職守的擋箭牌
和同天入住顧客交流中還有顧客特意提醒前台，晚上下雨漲水要挪車有人值守就趕緊打電話。無人值守就告知顧客，結果該顧客被泡得最慘
