Booked with Casa Sun and Moon for 2 weeks for 2024 but needed to cancel due to an extreme medical issue. As per their cancellation policy, on August 22 we canceled our reservation and requested a refund of the deposits paid. Still have not received my refund. I have jumped through all their hoops and provided them with all the documents and information they requested…. written letter of cancellation, credit card details, bank information, drivers license, etc. There is nothing else they would require to issue my refund. Excuse after excuse from the hotel. It appears that they have no intention of issuing my refund. I would be very cautious about booking with Casa Sun and Moon.

Celebrating the greatest of the great! My father Ramon Pastrana Puebla, we found this moon house on the internet for rest! Great with a pool and a wonderful night view of Playa Madera in Zihua, I want to return and repeat the hospitality received but above all because my father loved its facilities where we were within walking distance of everything that was offered to us!
