Superb ambiance and friendly staff, excellent service.

Upon arrival I was asked to pay deposit but my booking said otherwise. I'm a foreigner so I guess they wanted to make money. The tv connection was out. There were cocroaches in the swimming pool bathroom and one in my room. There was no bath just a shower even though the pictures show different. The outside swimming pool didn't look appealing at all, more deserted. Sorry guys but I really wanted to give this hotel a good rating but there were too many disadvantages whilst staying, I even left earlier without my breakfast.

Loved the breakfast. The room was clean, changed the towels and replaced water. Indoor pool ... have a lifeguard on duty the whole time, which I loved. As this hotel is not in a big urban city, be prepared for the staff not to speak English as they mainly cater for Chinese guests. I was the only foreign person in the hotel at the time. Overall, I had a pleasant stay......will go again.

The price is more than 500 yuan on weekdays and more than 700 yuan on holidays. I think the cost performance is not high. The facilities are relatively old. I booked a family suite, which is quite large.

The room is satisfactory, the hygiene is very good, the environment is good, the service is thoughtful, and they can help us to express our clothes if we have left them behind. Like 👍!

Xiangsheng also has a place in Putuo Mountain. I have stayed there and it feels good. Click in and find the target room. It actually has everything, only 450 yuan. I can take my baby to take a bath, swim, and eat an almost five-star breakfast. Wow, it really surprised me. It is more than two levels higher than the hotel that squeezed in six or seven hundred to eat on the street beach two days ago. Xiangsheng is the hotel I am most satisfied with since the holiday travel after the epidemic. It is luxurious, high-quality, honest and trustworthy. The room is large, with a wide view. The location is very close to Xishi's hometown, and it is very convenient to drive! The roof garden is also OK! The hygiene is not very good. There is an obvious black stain on a pillowcase in the room. When I returned to the room the next day, I found that the cup I drank water from on the first day was not washed and was put back in the cabinet. There are mold spots on the bathroom wall, and the underground garage is also very dirty, but fortunately it is free!

The room facilities are a bit old-fashioned. Due to the business K, some noises can still be heard in the room at night. The breakfast is acceptable, and there is still room for improvement in hygiene. The service and management are relatively satisfactory.

The lobby is empty, the room is not well maintained, the carpet is old, the wine cabinet drawer is empty, there are no cups and spoons, I don’t know whether to prevent thieves or reduce costs, or just no one cares, the shower 🚿 has a small amount of water in the ceiling, and the room service is cold and unresponsive , the gym said it was under maintenance, but the outdoor swimming pool was not open, and it looked like it couldn't afford maintenance. It was introduced as a quasi-five-star, but the gap was too big, and it was too far away from the five-star standard. The accommodation experience is too average, the restaurant closes early and there is nothing delicious around. The space is large and the bedding is okay. The sofa, curtains and everything are very old. It's really time for renovation.

According to the introduction, some people said that the room was damp and smelly. When we opened it, the room was clean and tidy without any smell. We booked a parent-child room with two 1.8-meter-long beds. The sleep was comfortable. The hotel breakfast was average. We ate it for two days and didn't want to eat it on the third day. However, the air conditioning outlet in the inner room was facing the head of the bed, and the cold wind was uncomfortable. Other minor problems, such as only shower gel in the bathroom, but shampoo was forgotten, and slippers were collected but not put away. They were delivered half an hour after calling. The room phone was broken. I told you on the first day, but it was not repaired when I left.

The hotel is located in the city center with convenient transportation. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the rooms are clean and tidy. In particular, the hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and all the questions raised can be solved attentively. I will choose it next time.

For such a big hotel, the shower facilities are old and cannot be adjusted. It is impossible to take a shower.
