Hotel room was cozy and comfortable and comparable to some 5-star hotel under Marriott Group. Hotel staff Ms Liang（梁小姐） and Ms Chen（陈小姐) was very friendly and helpful in attending to us. Ms Liang helped to arrange a special welcome for us in the hotel room and it was a nice surprise! We came mainly for the Zhuhai Airshow and Ms Chen( 陈小姐） offered us transport options which helped us to get to the exhibition site and we appreciate her help. Only complain was there was limited variety in the breakfast menu but noodles was very nice and it was enough to keep us full for much of the day. We will want to come back again when we next visit Zhuhai. Hotel location is good and convenient to visit Macau. There are also many shops and restaurants in the nearby basement shopping mall.

This is my second stay in this hotel and it has a nice vibe to it, situated on a quiet street just within walking distance to the coast. However, there aren't any bus routes near the hotel so you may need to rely on taxis or a 10-15 minute walk to the closest stop. While the staff did appear friendly, they seemed to ask a lot of questions on the Reception Desk. The breakfast could be improved to provide some bread or other options that could be served up until the end of the breakfast period. When we arrived in the last half an hour of breakfast service, there weren't many options available.

This stay in this hotel really brought me a great surprise. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the extremely warm reception. Peng Peng, the housekeeper, always had a sincere smile on his face, which made people feel like a spring breeze. During the stay, whenever you encounter a problem, the staff can help solve it patiently as soon as possible. The services was good. However the location of the hotel is a bit funny, cause everytime when we made a booking for the car, it will always go to the opposite carpark in front of the hotel. Please be mindful that holiday inn is just bedside DayInn dnd they share the same lift too. The breakfast was reasonable and able to fill your stomach. Overall the stay was good except our didi drivers do not come in the correct place to pick us up

The location does not have any shops or food. However, the staff are very professional and provided a free upgrade. The room is big with a tub and nice toliet. Bed and room temp is very nice The hotel booking only give 1 breakfast voucher which should have been two. Overall, the room is a very nice stay.

We took a short stay at Aust while transiting from Zhuhai to Macau. Not a bad choice given it’s now far from Gongbei port. They have a convenient store on the ground floor which is good buy daily stuff. We opted for the loft room which had all the amenities including washing machine, iron board, and a small kitchen.

I am very satisfied with the room I booked this time. Miss Xiaojie at the front desk was very considerate and helped us upgrade to a sea view room. The location of this hotel is very advantageous. You can see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge across the sea at a glance from the hotel. It is not too obvious during the day, but it is clearer when the lights are on at night. There is also a small helicopter field next to the hotel. If you are lucky, You can also see the helicopter taking off and landing. Because the movement of taking out the mobile phone was too slow, I didn’t take the video of the takeoff! What is particularly recommended is that the hotel’s breakfast is very rich and more affordable than having morning tea outside. It must be given a big If I have the chance to come back, I will choose Yijinwan Hotel again!
