Super rubbish hotel! The attitude of a young male employee at the front desk was extremely bad! I, 2 adults and 2 children, left the hotel early at 2 am with anger! Please avoid thunder and book carefully! I booked to check in on the second day of the Chinese New Year. I saw that the room rate during the Spring Festival was okay, so I booked for two nights. I didn't expect to have such an unpleasant check-in experience! First of all, the room is very small. The twin bed room is basically half a cent away from the window. The room hygiene is very poor. The floor is dirty. The toilet does not provide floor towels. I checked in with 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel only provided 2 pillows. I asked the front desk for two more. The front desk clerk said in an unfriendly tone that there were no extra pillows. Forget it, figure it out yourself! In the early morning of the next day, the toilet was clogged. I told the young male front desk staff, and his first answer was "I don't know how to mess with these things." I asked him to help find a cleaning staff. After waiting for more than half an hour, no one came to the room to help. When my child wanted to go to the toilet, I had no choice but to take the child to the hotel lobby to use the toilet and ask about the situation. When I arrived at the hotel lobby, I saw the young male employee playing games on his mobile phone. I went up to ask about the situation. He said he couldn't find anyone and the cleaning staff were all sleeping. I asked him to help find a solution, but he said there was no way and asked me to wait until the cleaning lady went to work tomorrow morning to deal with it. I said it was impossible. I paid to stay in the hotel, it couldn't be like this. We need to go to the toilet, it's impossible to go to the hotel lobby toilet every time. Then he ignored me and continued to play games. I asked him again to ask him to find someone to help immediately, or change rooms. He said "no vacant rooms" with a very bad attitude. From beginning to end, he was indifferent. Is this the right attitude for a hotel employee to treat guests? ! So I left the hotel with my two kids at 2am in anger! Booking Pengcheng Lijing Hotel was a very wrong choice! Very unpleasant stay experience!

The front desk service is good, the transportation is convenient, it is very close to the beach, there is a bar next door, and the room is quiet and not noisy. The room facilities are also relatively complete. There is also a free parking lot at the door, and there is a microwave in the lobby on the first floor to heat up food. I didn't like the room I was assigned at first, so I told the front desk, and they immediately helped me change to a satisfactory room. The overall stay experience is very good, and I will choose it next time.

The location of the hotel is very easy to find. It takes five minutes to cross the road from the hotel to the beautiful scenery line Lovers Road. There is a bus stop in front of it. You can go to Gongbei Port for one yuan on one side, and go to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Sightseeing Station in the opposite direction. It is very convenient. There are many snack bars to the right of the hotel. You can eat and drink freely! The front desk lady is superb. She has a kind and gentle attitude, speaks softly, handles things neatly and professionally, and is a hotel worth recommending. The hardware facilities in the store are intact and upscale, the bedding is very comfortable and refreshing, and the water pressure in the bathroom is sufficient, which can definitely wash away the fatigue of the day.
