hotel location is great. many restaurants nearby, you can also go to the karaoke where in the 7/F of of the same hotel building. ZhongShan walking street just 5 mins by car as well, super convenience.

The overall experience was not so great. Not sure it's because we checked in quite late at night. There was no one at the lobby reception, and we waited a while when someone realized our arrival. The handwriting of the room number on our room card envelop was poor, and hence we went to the wrong room and it's quite embarrassing. The size of the room was quite small as compared with similar room rate at other hotels in Zhong Shan. However, it's neat and clean, the breakfast is good and the location is excellent.

The location is convenient, there is a parking lot, the service attitude is good, it is clean and considerate. The room I originally booked did not have breakfast. Now in the off-season, the lady at the front desk has upgraded and given me a breakfast coupon😊 I highly recommend that friends who are traveling nearby on business can come to their home.

Cleanliness: Tidy and well-maintained room, with minor wear and tear. Hot water wasn't really working though. Service: Helpful staff, with minor service delays. Facilities: Has the basic hotel amenities, but could benefit from additional facilities like a spa or pool. Overall, my stay at this service apartment was delightful. The prime location, commendable cleanliness, combined to create a memorable experience. I would recommend this place to fellow travelers visiting Zhongshan, and I look forward to returning for another stay in the future.

This place is convenient to me as I have to stay in this area. I don’t see any issue to call Didi if I need to go other places. There are couple shopping malls nearby where I can get groceries and foods easily. The staffs are nice and helpful. The restaurants at 3rd floor and 4th floor are both good. I really like their dim sum foods.

For example, the booking confirmation email did not clearly indicate how to check in at the hotel on time. After passing the customs, I called the housekeeper and didn't say anything more. He just said that someone was at work. You should know that long distance charges are calculated for every call you make. Unexpectedly, I found the entrance to the lobby after dragging my luggage several times. When I arrived at the lobby, I saw a sign clearly saying ”Please wait a moment” and saw the picture, so I listened and waited obediently. I was in the lobby for about ten minutes. I couldn't find any directions to the hotel, so I thought the grand lobby was where to check in, but not a single guest was there, so I had no choice but to call the number on the sign twice for long distance, but no one answered, which made me even more confused. , then I immediately went online and read the confirmation email. Fortunately, there was a phone number. Only after I called again did someone answer the call, and that person asked us to go up to the 8th floor to register. What’s even more annoying is that you have to take the elevator to the 5th floor before transferring to another set of elevators to go to the 8th floor. There is no warning. There is a sign on the 5th floor indicating the transfer, but the sign is completely wrong, because the one on the left points to I walked to the right and pointed back to the left. I kept pointing all the way to the group on the 5th floor. Fortunately, we all had some common sense, so we passed through the gate of a large house (because it was a private place and we didn't dare to break in before) and went in to look for it. , and sure enough we found the elevator that goes up to the fifth floor. It feels so disgusting when everyone is pushing their luggage and running around looking for it! I hope this experience can serve as a reminder to hoteliers that management must be improved so that guests can stay at ease and feel at ease. If it weren't for the hardware that could be remedied, this trip would have been unpleasant or we might have switched hotels immediately. There was already a very experienced hotel opposite!

The building next to the hotel, the food on the 5.6th floor is good, and we also had authentic morning tea. The front desk was very enthusiastic and chose a room with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The room is very spacious and the light is good. The kitchen has an induction cooker, a frying pan and a frying pan. On the last night, I went to the supermarket and bought some oysters by the way. Can only cook it in a wok, but the taste is ok. The room is quite big, the clothes racks are all ready, and the hygiene is tidy. I just forgot to take a picture. By the way, I suggest that you use some freshener or something to purify the bathroom when you clean it. Get a small shelf for shower gel in the shower, otherwise there will be no place for those things.
