It was my first time to visit Zhongshan Hot Spring Hotel, an old five-star garden-style hot spring hotel. It was partially renovated in 2023. This time I stayed in Cuiheng Garden, which was not renovated. The hygiene and hardware were well maintained, the environment was very quiet, and the hot spring water was very good. The whole hotel was in a large oxygen bar. Although the garden was in the style of 20 years ago, it was well maintained. The parent-child park and farm are very suitable for taking children to play. Thanks to the reception of two colleagues Liang Guanxin and Ou Guozheng at the front desk. I had a very pleasant holiday stay experience~

Excellent location Adjacent to Zhuhai Aoyuan Plaza, it takes more than 30 minutes to drive to Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. It takes 18 minutes to drive to the beach. It is so comfortable to walk on the famous Lovers' Road in the morning and evening! The room is very comfortable 180-degree sea view, you can see the Macau Tower and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. There is a heating function under the marble at the door of the bathroom. There is a special dressing table and a large mirror. The details are really great Combination of Chinese and Western decoration The ancient and modern design style highlights the perfect combination of Chinese traditional culture and modernity, especially the lobby, which is more eye-catching. It is designed as an antique pavilion with a very tasteful fusion Nice service facilities The attitude of the waiter is very enthusiastic, and there are also facilities such as laundry rooms and conference halls. The non-smoking high floor Deluxe Room is good. The view from the room to outside is also good. However, the fitness room is closed which is different from what was mentioned as the only facility provided by this hotel. The buffer breakfast as included in the room package is bad. The food is not hot enough and the taste is poor. Hence suggest not to buy breakfast in the package.

Staff at front desk are friendly, they told us to become their members to get discount on booking, rooms are decent and clean, toiletries are all included, bathrobe and pillows are nice, great location, within distance to big shopping complex and opposite has a massage place

Too pleasant, the environment is too good 🥳 Before leaving, I was thinking of inviting friends to walk the baby next time! The room facilities are perfect and the quality is very high. It is used for smart toilets 🥳 Amazing 👍 still in trial operation. We are really lucky. The internal environment of the villa is also very good. You can bring your baby over all day without going out. You can camp, catch fish, play sand, slide, and have a large swimming pool to come next summer! The most unexpected thing is that there is a parent-child picture camp. I just met and participated. I read the picture book in the woods and play with pine nuts to do handmade. It is a very good experience! By the way, there are barbecues, farm chickens, vegetables grown in it 🥬, and you can buy some home 😄😄😄 a superb experience when you leave. Such a comprehensive holiday resort for walking children has not found other 🥳 in Zhongshan.

Have a two day stay. Zhongshan is a nice place. This hotel is very new and located next to tourist attractions. The staff are very helpful and polite. Room is spacious, bright and very comfortable.

The location is excellent, at the north gate of Wanxianghui. Looking out into the open air, you can see the Ferris wheel in Shiqi District.

Hotel is overall very good, staff is very polite and helpful, especially 嵐upgraded my room without any extra cost as he said my room is a bit too small.

I was early in my check in. Unfortunately for me the room I was pre-assigened to was not ready in time as it was used to accomidate a wedding reception a day earlier. Front desk was very helpful to let me use another room to me until my room as ready, I had a red eyed flight and anybody who had a red-eyed flight would understand the frustration when U can get a room to rest. Thank you for going the extra mile and making me a very grateful customer. Good Job
