我們從西安開車來玩，連住了三晚。 設施：酒店內環境乾淨，設施很新，房間隔音好，床非常舒服，緩解了我開一天車來玩的疲憊。餐廳大，早餐品種很多，和五星酒店無異。 衞生：乾淨整潔，衞生間沒有下水管道的異味，排風聲音小。 環境：地理位置距市區1小時車程，周邊吃飯的地方酒店內和杉杉奧萊為主，酒店後面直接入園，親子旅遊強烈推薦，玩累了就回酒店睡覺了，唯獨就是9月出來的沒有夜場了，晚上樓下沙坑和酒店內泡泡樂園也是很棒的遊玩選擇。隔壁緊鄰奧特曼主題酒店，男寶寶們的心頭愛吧。 服務：住酒店除了乾淨、無異味、隔音好、安全以為，最關鍵就是軟性服務。這次體驗感最棒的就是管家服務，離入住前幾天就會有管家提前聯繫，詢問抵達時間和特殊需求，我們遇到的是管家晶晶，和善又體貼的一個漂亮管家，每天都會詢問和關心我們的入住需求及體驗。因為帶着孩子事情就比較多，幫我們解決了不少問題，晶晶管家周到的幫助讓我對這個酒店好感倍增，也大大提升了本次旅遊的幸福指數。強烈推薦親子旅遊入住這個酒店。
