The welcoming lady at the front desk was very beautiful in Hanfu. Also took us to the room and introduced the hotel facilities. 70 years old hotel, the rooms are renovated, clean and sanitary, no smell. Convenient transportation, 3 minutes walk to S605 Loyou bus directly to Henan.

I spent three days in Zhengzhou and stayed at Atour for two nights. I was satisfied. The transportation is convenient. It is between Yanzhuang Station and Zijingshan Station, so it is convenient to go anywhere. The service is very good, and it can be said that it is responsive. I wanted a higher floor, and the front desk lady gave me the 11th floor. I thought the tea was delicious, and the auntie gave me two more tea bags. The breakfast was not bad, and the spicy soup tasted even better than some other restaurants outside.

Facilities: The hotel just opened and all the facilities are very new. Hygiene: Very good, almost no dead corners. Environment: Very good, the style of the all-season hotel is the same as always, very comfortable and warm. Service: Very good, I booked two rooms, and they were specially arranged on the same floor the day before yesterday. Others: There is a small self-owned parking lot behind the hotel, which is free for guests, and it is rare in such a downtown location.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. On my birthday, they took the initiative to give me a surprise birthday gift. We didn’t have time to have breakfast in the morning of the day trip, so they specially packed a rich breakfast box for us to take away. Wonderful hotel with passionate and friendly staff. Special thanks to the staff who helped throughout my stay are Antoine, Jasmine , Miaomiao and Amanda. The restaurant is also stupendous, food is delicious and can accomodate all my culinary needs and thanks to Roger and Antoine. I always stay in sofitel when I visit Zhengzhou. I will stay same hotel again when next time.

The room was small and washroom has problem. For breakfast they don’t have variety of food I have poster some photos for explanations. Overall, the hotel is good and the staff in reception are nice and willing to support and guide. I recommend you guys for this hotel.
