服務還行，衞生不行，整個屋子特別大味兒，本來説考試住一晚，結果住進去，一整個薰的睡不着（一夜沒睡）床單也是黑印子。隔音特別差，衞生間共用就算了，怪自己沒看清楚，但是衞生特別臟，屋子，衞生間都不透氣，這輩子沒有給過差評，沒有住過這麼差的酒店

廁所衞生很差，隔音不好，三人間，公共衞浴，房間內空氣很悶。早上退房趕時間，服務員竟然不在，臨時漲價。。。。

1.房間空間極其的小，一個房間改成的三個房間，站起來都碰頭，很壓抑。
2.床鋪臟，床很硬，直接在床墊上鋪的床單，很隔。
3.沒有窗户特別的悶不透氣。
4.下水管道就在正上方，晚上根本沒法睡覺。
5.各種安全措施都沒有，防火設備也沒有。
6.插座是壞的手機沒法充電。

隔音效果差，被子不太乾淨，空間太小，隔音太差，一夜沒睡睡不着亂的，而且唉，住了就知道了，這個102住了你就會發現你在下面住着，上面的人在上廁所你在下面都能聽見，聽得一清二楚，方便房間如果有人説話隔音差的你都睡不着，

保潔阿姨很會偷懶，衹要你連續住，床單被罩，枕頭套根本不會給你換的。半夜回去去前台投訴了，床頭與床墊之間真是衹有你想不到沒有它臟不到的。

公寓樓改裝，個別房間是酒店，進去感覺簡陋，牀頭櫃，燈開關都是灰塵，針頭套發黃，床單有破洞，讓換了之後洞洞更多。
