As a Ctrip Diamond member, I strongly do not recommend this hotel with a bad service. The hotel environment is very good and the facilities are very new. But the service is negative for two reasons.
Reason 1. On October 3, the stock market soared in the golden autumn, and the motherland was filled with a thriving atmosphere. My family and I arrived at Zhizhu Water Restaurant as the first table. At 11:59, we were the first to order dishes. As a result, it took more than an hour before the dishes were served. During this period, three different waiters were asked to urge the dishes (this can be checked by the restaurant's video surveillance), but none of the dishes came. The guests who came later in the surrounding area had already been served (this can also be checked by the restaurant's video surveillance). At about 1:00 p.m., there was nothing we could do. The elderly and children were starving, so we had to take out the dry food we brought with us to eat. My family continued to go to the front desk to find the manager to communicate what happened. When we were full of dry food, a manager and a waitress came. The so-called manager first asked us if we stayed at the hotel yesterday. I said no. The manager argued that we were called when we placed the order. I said it was impossible, and he urged us to serve the dishes three times. There was no communication gap. Then, the manager argued that other tables had pre-ordered dishes so they were served earlier than us. I totally disagree with the manager's argument. First of all, there was a reservation. If we couldn't handle the first table's order, why should we open the door for business? Moreover, we saw other tables come later and order dishes later, but they were served earlier than us. We just want to understand what happened and give us an explanation. Of course, the manager and the waitress did not meet this reasonable demand at all. The so-called manager smiled and asked us what opinions and demands we had. Thank God, this restaurant itself does not have this service capability. I shouldn't eat the gas. We didn't touch a single cent of the so-called dishes later. We were full of dry food physically, and full of gas psychologically. I paid 808 yuan in real money and had to eat my own food. What kind of magical restaurant is this? ? In contrast, we went to a food stall outside for dinner. Nongjiang Restaurant, which is 15 minutes away by car, cost more than 400 yuan. I really can't understand why a food stall can meet the flow of customers during the National Day, but the so-called ”five-star” hotel restaurant allows customers to eat their own food? ? ? ? Reason 2. After eating my own food, I went back to the room to rest. At around 2 o'clock, the old man asked the service desk for two more quilts. He picked up the landline and there was no sound of electricity. (A magical experience), I had no choice but to add the hotel butler on WeChat for voice communication, but it was not delivered after two hours. I had no choice but to send WeChat again at 4 o'clock. The butler said sorry that he forgot the room number, and finally the quilt would come after 16:30. Thank God, after working so hard, I slept for two rounds, but the quilt had not arrived yet. In summary, the consumption of two days and one night in this hotel (room fee, lunch, bamboo raft, bamboo raft is still very good) exceeded 5,000. With such a price and such service, can you find a slight possibility of passing? I give a comprehensive negative evaluation
Off topic 1, I also complained to Ctrip customer service about this restaurant later. Ctrip responded quickly. After understanding the situation, of course, it compensated 100 yuan of offset coupons.
