The hotel is good overall and cost-effective. Just on the edge of the ancient city, eating, drinking and having fun, the front desk and the aunt are very good at serving, clean and hygienic! As my first choice for the student party!

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to where we planned to visit on daily basis. The lobby is nice and bathroom is nice with new/clean towels and renovated with marble stone. The room has enough space but tv set could have been bigger in contrast to the wall space. The Chinese breakfast buffet is bountiful with a few daily local flavors. The room service staff are friendly but probably need more professional training. Although it is advertised as smoke free for some rooms, all rooms are not smoke free. At checkout, the receptionist was very receptive with my feedback. Hope there will be some improvements in the near future and we will stay in this hotel again on our next trip.

I felt pretty good the last time I came here, but this time I was arranged to stay in Tianbao Building, and the facilities were so perfunctory that I was speechless. 1. I booked a business king-size bed room, but the bed turned out to be two single beds put together, with an obvious gap in the middle, and they treated customers like **; 2. There was no desk in the business room, and I wanted to write some materials; 3. The only socket in the toilet was unusable, and the water flosser was useless; 4. If you want to watch TV while sitting on the bed, you probably need a telescope, and the TV is not facing the bed; 5. The sound insulation is poor, and the sound of the drunk vomiting next door can be clearly heard; 6. Even the bedside lamp is broken. What is more gratifying is that it is at least clean and tidy, and the attitude of the service staff is also OK, but the room is like a lottery, speechless

The location is in the busy night area of the city. You won't get bored because it is sorrounded by sports shops, botiques, spas, restaurants and street market. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. They gave us a bonus because the room we booked was without windows. But when we got there, they gave us a room with not only wide windows but with a view of the vibrant street outside. The room was new and spacious. The toilet and shower were clean. The beds were big and comfortable. My family and I had a good rest. The price was worth it. We would definitely book again next time.

This hotel is good, there are many rooms on it, the front desk service attitude is also very good, the night I first checked in, I found that the door lock was a bit problematic, the staff was also very good to solve it quickly, the attitude was very good, and I met two different cleaning aunts. Not bad, The sanitary products in the room are added immediately after use. There are many more than some hotels. The garbage is cleaned up in time. The mineral water is also free to drink! After the first night of staying, I immediately recommended it to my friends. It is also very convenient to order takeaway. The only thing is that there is a person. Every night, there is a small advertisement. It is a bit noisy on the side of the road. Other services are really nothing to say. I like the small round table in the room. Just sit and review! The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city. The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen. Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

I had a good experience staying at this hotel on a business trip this time. It is also convenient for travel and there are many places to visit around, close to Wanda and Bihu Park. Jake at the front desk enthusiastically helped arrange the room. I am very satisfied with it. If I come to Zhangzhou again next time, I will stay here again.

Very good, clean, tidy, new facilities, large room space, comfortable bed, hair dryer is not the kind we commonly use, very special, the wind blowing out is soft, the facilities are generally very satisfactory, the front desk service is very thoughtful, warm, breakfast is very rich, We are traveling with three families and three rooms for a total of 7 people. Everyone is very satisfied. It is time to go to the elevator door to add color to our trip. Very recommended this hotel, very cost-effective.
