Conveniently located for getting everywhere in Zhangzhou. Cons: Minor stuff. No elevator, so if you're on the second floor be prepared to haul your luggage (although they'll try to do it for you). No AC in upstairs common areas. Not much within walking distance in the way of restaurants, but you can get to tons of restaurants within 5 min by taxi or DiDi.
