Huatian Hotel
4.5/52578 Reviews
Tianmenshan Cableway/Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park
The hotel is conveniently situated walking distance from the cable car, close to the railway station and the airport. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nourishing and essential to the good start of our long mountain trips. We especially enjoyed the café near the front desk. While staying there, I recommend you to visit the 72 wonders house in Zhangjiajie - a folk type food and crafts place. We went on a Sunday, there was like a closing party and we had the best of times.
Vantu·ANNICA Tourism Resort (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park)

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park/Wulingyuan
Our stay at Annica was very pleasant. The hotel is located right next to the national park (5 minutes by foot to an entrance) and the view from our room was stunning. The hotel has all the amenities one could wish for. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the pool, as we visited in winter. Especially Xiao Liu (English name: Maverick) was incredible help. He helped us plan two whole trips through the park, and was always reachable through WeChat. He was always very patient and friendly. The hotel also has a very cute and handsome cat, with which we had the pleasure of getting to know her too. We whole-heartedly recommend this hotel.
Forest homestay at sunrise

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park/Wulingyuan
We had an amazing stay at Forest homestay at sunrise. The homestay is a short 5 minute drive from the west gate of the National Park which is much quieter and with smaller queues. The service we received was excellent, in particular from Mr Wu (小吴) who was extremely helpful in planning an itinerary tailored to our schedule and organised all of our tickets for us. He helped us to plan a route which avoided the crowds for most of the day. The hotel had stunning views of the mountains, complete with an infinity pool and a restaurant with delicious local food. We highly recommend staying here!

This place is a hidden Gem 🤍. I travel a lot , and so far this is One of the best places I stayed in. Very cozy, elegant farm resort, the staff treated us like a family member. The details in the room and the resort is so impressive and elegant 🤍🙏🏻. They went above and beyond in everything we need. The place is far more beautiful in reality than in pictures and it was even beyond our expectations. Such a magical night, I truly felt like living a nice dream where I was treated like a princess. Thank you so much for everything and we truly appreciate Sunny’s help such a nice person. Definitely we will come back 🙏🏻🤍 she helped us from the beginning when we were lost, she answered us with very accurate informations, provided us with transportation, helped us in buying the tickets to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. I can’t thank the team enough 🤍
Home2 Suites By Hilton Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain

Tianmenshan Cableway/Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park
Absolutely fantastic experience. Very rarely have a faultless hotel stay, but this is as good as it gets! I arrived 3hrs before check-in and only planned to ask about luggage storage, but they let me check-in immediately! The room was fabulous. I did wonder if they upgraded me as the room seemed far bigger than what I thought I’d booked. The furnishings and amenities were top quality, it was completely clean and I had an incredible view of Tianmen mountain! Staff spoke very basic English but enough to get by, and the service was immaculate. Every member of staff would smile and say hello. Other points: - Breakfast was great with a wide variety of food - Location couldn’t be better - right next to the bus station, with plenty of food options nearby, and only 5 mins walk from the cable car station - As things stand, I don’t think this hotel exists yet on several mobile map apps, but not much of an issue Overall, this is the perfect choice of hotel for Zhangjiajie and amazing value for money.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helped upgrade the room. Mr. Xu from the concierge department was very thoughtful and took the initiative to drive us to the gate of the scenic spot. It was very commendable and I will definitely stay here again next time.
