Stone’s throw to the Eastern Gate of the National Park. Also near and walkable to Bus Station and supermarket. Yet, at night the ambience is very quiet and peaceful. 2. The room is spacious and very clean. The bathroom also very spacious and clean. The bed is super comfortable. I really have deep sleep to rest my body after exploring the national park. 3. The host is really kind n helpful. He will assist you on everything and u will feel at home away from home. I stay there for 3 nights. She assist me to design my 3 days itinerary exploring the National Park. The park is quite complicated. I just follow the suggested route and feel very happy to do that. I really have a very good quality of exploring Zhangjiajie National Park.

I asked the store in advance that you can take a shuttle bus from Zhangjiajie West to the hotel. The last bus is between 5:30 and 6:00 and costs 13 yuan per person. But after leaving the station at 5:30, I arrived at the station at about 5:40 and was told that there were no taxis. I could only go back to the taxi pick-up point and take a taxi. His suggestions were exactly what I needed—places where I could take in the breathtaking beauty of the park and reflect, without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. The inn itself was cozy and felt like a home away from home. Each evening, after a day of exploring, I returned to a warm and comfortable space that offered solace and tranquility. The location of the inn was ideal, nestled close enough to the park to make early starts easy, yet far enough away to provide a quiet retreat. During my two-day tour of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, I experienced moments of pure awe that felt almost like a healing process. Standing at the edge of towering cliffs, surrounded by the iconic sandstone pillars, I found a sense of peace that had eluded me in the sterile environment of hospital rooms and medical appointments. The park’s natural beauty, combined with Wu’s thoughtful guidance, allowed me to truly immerse myself in the moment, leaving my health concerns behind, if only for a little while. Wu’s genuine kindness and eagerness to help made my time in Zhangjiajie not just successful, but deeply fulfilling. His assistance turned what could have been a standard stay into something truly special. As I left Zhangjiajie, I felt a renewed sense of hope and strength, carrying with me memories of not just the breathtaking landscapes, but of the kindness of a stranger who made a world of difference in my journey.

AMAZING STAY!! Our front desk guys was the best host ever. He gave us so good advice on what to do with our time in Zhangijaije, guided us to the nicest restaurants and bought our all of our tickets which we could not do in Chinese. The rooms are quite spacious and the exterior is very pretty. Would definitely go there again.

The innkeeper's wife was very nice and contacted me on WeChat in advance to answer all questions. Although the inn cannot pick up guests by car at night, you can drive a small electric car to the station to help transport the luggage back to the hotel first. The inn is very close to the east gate of the National Forest Park. There is a food street downstairs, and there is also a restaurant with the highest popularity on Dianping.com next to it. The street-side sound insulation is also very good. The most important thing is that we originally planned to enter the park at 8 or 9 in the morning. With the reminder of the proprietress, we entered at 7 in the morning, which really avoided the grand occasion of 80,000 people ”attacking” the National Forest Park on October 3. There was almost no queue throughout the whole process, and we did not experience the crowds during the National Day. Very good!

The hotel is simply perfect. The service is super kind. They are continuously trying to help with everything. Although they do not speak English, they try so hard to understand you using the translator, which is very appreciated. The suggestions they make to visit the park are super useful. Regarding the location, it is next to the park entrance, so it is really convenient if you want to go hiking in the early morning. It is also located next to several restaurants. The breakfast is offered in a place next to the main hotel. Although they do not have the common European/American stuff, everything is really good. In conclusion, we would highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

It is very close to the east gate of Zhangjiajie Forest Park. You can walk there in about 5 minutes. The hotel is generally hygienic and acceptable. The boss and the landlady at the front desk are very enthusiastic. They patiently introduced the travel routes and helped us plan our itinerary for the forest park.

The hotel stay at good location close to entrace east gate National Forest Park and had welcome fruits. There are many restaurants nearby, complete facilities. The staff front desk is very friendly, help us to book tickets cheaper and gave a map to explain how to travel in Wulingyuan Scenic Area for one day.

The hotel is near the East Park entrance gate (13 min walk -3blks) and the local bus station (5 min walk 1blk), situated on a quiet street. From the local bus station, you can take bus to Glass Bridge, and other Park Entrance Gates. A very economic way to move around. Buses are reliable. Mr. ZHANG (owner - no english) was very helpful for hiking routes and tour information. No morning breakfast provided. 20-25 min walk to Xibu area (restaurants). Hotel is clean, quiet, free laundry (DIY), safe. Great value.

Had a wonderful stay. The inn is farther out from the national park than others but it is at a quiet corner of the district. The room and toilet was standard but other services and amenities stood out for me. They had small extras such as sewing kit, availability of fruit knife that made the stay more comfortable. The staff also helped with booking of tickets and giving advice on how best to go around the attractions. Breakfast was at the top floor which provided a great view of the mountains. The staff, amenities, and breakfast view made all the difference. Highly recommend this inn.
