Location: Really good location just opposite the Zermatt station and next to the door from Gornergrat bahn station. Not far from COOP. Room: It's good for sleep. Bunk bed is strength not make sound when the upper bed moving and the blanket is warm. The kitchen: Convenience Service: Nice lady and good to support for staying Price: Not expensive to stay and sleep

The hostel is perfect for solo travellers, it was clean and comfortable, and they were super helpful in providing food/hiking recommendations

Close to station and restaurant, also can see a beautiful view in room, nice reception and have a big kitchen downstairs so we can cook. Nice place for every mountaineering Hikers!

It was right in front of Zermatt station, so it was very convenient. As for the room, it was clean and had a nice wooden feel. The receptionist was very friendly. I have a problem with the shower room. The shower room is of course locked, but I couldn't unlock it when I went out. Since I used it around 10 p.m., the person in charge opened it from outside, but if it had been in the middle of the night, I would have ended up with steamed bread. Also, the person who opened it didn't apologize and quickly went somewhere else. Other than that, it's a perfect hotel/hostel.

There are many skiers in the town, so it is difficult to book a hotel. Although the room is small, it has a balcony. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the snow-capped mountains. Overall, it is good.

It's hard to climb up, but it's good.

Just 1 min walk from the train station. Strategic location for those who bringing a big luggage and do not wish to walk to far ;)

Note that there is not early check in and staff isn't there 12-2 but there is somewhere to stash luggage. You couldn't get closer to train terminal - super convenient, also right next to great pizza place and the Gornergrat train. Room was extremely basic but honestly better than expected for a single room to fit 4 adults. Did the trick.

We loved being together, going skiing, eating chocolate and cheese, and staying at the Bahnhof!!

Great location to transportation shops and restaurants. Very clean. Nice staff. Good value for accommodations. Would consider coming again.

Excellent location just outside of train station! Room is very small for 4 people (me, my wife and two children). There is no elevator and had to climb stairs with luggage.

The staff is really friendly, we had a pleasant stay!

Great location and nice shared kitchen area

Ideal location if traveling by train to Zermatt or taking the cog rail to Gornergrat. The cubby dorm beds offer at least some privacy.
