1.老闆人好，對顧客有強烈的人文關懷在還沒有入住時老闆主動聯繫我提前告知門鎖密碼以及注意事項。做到不用見面，也能實現輕鬆入住。並且當我因為個人原因無法及時退房時老闆大度的讓我休息好再走，這是對顧客的顧客負責。2.民宿乾淨衞生，全屋智能家電剛進民宿的時候，屋裡面有香氛，然後使得民宿空氣清新。全屋智能設備衹需一句“小愛同學”便可實現投影儀，窗簾，燈具開關；屋內的冰箱，智能馬桶，最重要的是帶有一次性馬桶墊這個讓人有非常舒適的體驗感。一般來説，住一晚上衹為提供兩個一次性牙具，但是他直接提供了四套牙具（兩人入住早晚各一次，總需四套呀具）各種小細節，非常到位。3.該民宿地理位置優越。方便休息打車。半夜吃海底撈，衹需步行來回即可。附近遊戲娛樂設備眾多，奶茶飲品店居多出名就可以實現飲品自由，剛出門，對面是公交站，多路公交都從該公交站台經過，出入方便。五星級推薦

退房時間到應先在vx跟顧客提前告知時間已到 超時費用明細 而不是上來就卡點敲門像催命一樣 第二次付費延長退房時間卡點敲門 服務人員嗓門巨大 也沒有禮貌用語 一直催促 酒店或民宿應當給顧客一種家的歸屬感而不是一直攆着顧客走 體驗感極差 匆匆忙忙收拾東西離開 在沒有影響民宿用房前提下 顧客願意承擔延時費用 若顧客要延遲退房可告知明細即可 顧客退房之後可算清延時費用 而不是一遍遍敲門趕人 謝謝

酒店設施可以 客服也很禮貌 就是我們又定了個麻將房床單都發黃了並且窗户是壞的 晚上回來發現了賊冷 還有我的新帽子確定落在房間了 保潔拿走了不承認 很悲傷

房間佈置裝風格特別好 和圖片上一模一樣 衞生乾淨 投影屏幕很大 很舒服 還有飲水機 我住過最好的民宿了 住了三晚上 東西備的也特別足 樓下交通方便 有商場 吃飯娛樂都很方便 環境也很安靜
