Facilities: The hotel facilities are very good and very clean. There is an elevator on the 3rd floor, but the front desk still helps to deliver the luggage to the door. The bathrooms are very clean, the hot water for bathing is sufficient, and the smart voice is also easy to use. Hygiene: Nothing to say, this hotel’s hygiene is the cleanest in Yunnan this time. It’s the only hotel where I used towels. Service: The service is very good. Before taking a shower, I found that there were only disposable cotton slippers. I called the front desk to confirm whether there were plastic slippers. The front desk immediately bought us 2 pairs of new slippers, including toiletries. Environment: The environment is good. When I arrived, I found that I could see the sunset. After I checked in, I went to the roof to take some pictures. The scenery including the yard was also good. In the morning, I could see the sunrise from the windows inside the house. The good thing is that there were more dark clouds. But overall it's pretty good. To sum it up, it was very good. It sent us to the high-speed rail station in the morning and it was a great experience!
