This hotel I always stay at on business trips is not far from the JR station and is a 7/8 minute walk. The room is small but very clean. The hotel services are also in place. There is self-service tea and coffee on the first floor, as well as a bathhouse. Breakfast is also Japanese style and delicious. Ends at 9 o'clock.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. The building itself is quite old, and some of the wallpaper in the room is pitch black. We asked to store ice packs in the freezer because we were going on a long car trip, but Route Inn said they couldn't do that. I've stayed in dozens of hotels and have never been turned down by a hotel, so I was surprised. The breakfast area was crowded, so I asked if I could take it back to the room and eat it, but they said no. While other hotels are adapting to the COVID-19 pandemic, Route Inn is not able to accommodate at all. There is no kindness at all, and I can't feel it. I will never stay at Route Inn again.
