we are group of 3 adults 2 kids and 1 baby. The hotel is clean, and utensils for cooking are useful. We were able to cook for our own dinner. laundry area with a heating exhaust fan is good for drying clothes over the night. The only thing is the stairs is a bit dangerous for babies and young kids as they are quite steep. Otherwise our stay had been perfect.

The self-driving tour experience is very good, the facilities are hygienic and clean💪

A great experience, traditional Japanese tata rice, large space and comfortable environment, as well as a clean and Japanese-style hot spring swimming pool. Children love this accommodation.

Being able to go to the supermarket to buy ingredients and cook them yourself, and also having a washing machine to wash clothes, makes me feel like I'm at home.

My stay this time was very comfortable. The space is large and the environment is very good. It is comfortable and recommended. You can park for free and have self-service check-in. Check-in and check-out must be confirmed with a tablet, and it is not clear how to use it. It is super troublesome. Other than that, the room is good, but it is a bit remote, a distance from Tangzhiping.

It will be the second place to stay at WILL STYLE. The location is relatively close to Yunotsubo Kaido, but it's on a slope, so I think it's hard to walk if you're not feeling well. The surrounding area was very quiet and cool in a residential area. The amenities and facilities were clean and comfortable, just like the other series. There is a barbecue table and charcoal stand in the small garden. However, since it is a little exposed to rain, I think that some preparation is necessary to use it. Overall, I am very satisfied, but one thing is that this washing machine is vertical, so I can't expect it to dry. There is a dryer in the bathroom, so I can dry my clothes, but the RAKUTEN WILL STYLE I've been to had a drum-type washing and drying machine, so it was pretty easy. I think it would be nice to have a drying function because it is quite an advantage to have less laundry after returning from a trip if you are with children.

This is a newly built property with lots of space for a family. No meals or onsen, but if you know your way around or simply want to stay in a place that is peaceful and well equipped then highly recommend.

The house is amazing, clean and comfort. Love the kitchen and barbecue area.

The hotel is quite far away from the downtown area. It is recommended to take a taxi. You can take a taxi from the station, but you can only rely on the phone when you get out of the hotel. If you can't speak Japanese, it is recommended not to consider it. The hotel should inform you of the check-in password and other information three days before check-in, but it didn't. I called three times at the door and it took almost seven minutes to find out the password. It was really annoying. The hotel is a specialized BnB type that can accommodate up to six people. It only has one toilet and one bathroom, which is a bit small. The check-in registration information requires a video call with the person to enter their passport and other related information. You cannot send only one representative to fill in the information. Everyone must enter their passports. After we checked in, we went out to eat immediately. We did not receive a video call until around 8 o'clock in the evening to inform us that we needed to complete the check-in information. The procedures took up a lot of rest time. It is recommended for those who drive themselves or speak Japanese. On the day we checked out, we were lucky enough to see a taxi on the side of the road. We asked him to help find another car to solve the dilemma of having to walk.

Checking in is a little troublesome, but the rest of the experience is quite good.

Used by three generations of my family. I felt very calm in my own house. There was also a washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom, so I was able to do laundry in the evening. I felt that they were kind enough to provide laundry detergent, and I was very satisfied! I walked to Yufuin Station to eat, but it didn't feel like it was that far away. There was a parking lot for one car, but I thought it would be even better if I could park a second car for an additional fee!
