No five-star name, but more than five-star reality!
Full marks for the environment and overall building layout, individual building structure and layout. The indoor facilities are reliable, especially the quilts and smart toilets, which are better than the Hilton, Wyndham and Shangri-La where I have stayed.
Points for improvement: The air conditioner remote control is only effective in a small area under the indoor unit. The remote control cannot be used at the bedside or reading area... Whoever installed the air conditioner deserves a spanking! The water pressure is also slightly low. ...It’s a small thing, but it doesn’t hide its flaws.

一進門就沒有感受到其他評價裏所謂的熱情，為了安靜選擇了1600多一晚的套房，結果套房是在餐廳樓上，餐廳任何來住宿的客人都可以來吃飯喝茶，非常吵鬧，各種説笑聊天拖椅子的聲音沒停過，導致我們花錢找罪受舟車勞頓一天來了沒睡着。且餐廳樓梯可直達套房沒有門禁，常有閑雜人等隨意爬上樓拍照，還得我們住客自行制止，出面安全問題真的非常堪憂。本來山裡就不要求像酒店一樣乾淨，但蟲子飛蛾到處都是，半夜還爬蟑螂，垃圾桶裏出現巨型飛蛾，淋浴間連洗髮露沒了都沒補上，花錢純自助還鬧心，千元住宿最差的一次體驗，非常不推薦！
