Maybe we did not do the job well and the smoke smell was not dealt with properly. If you have a chance to check in next time, you can call the front desk to do it. Smoke-free treatment ahead of time. The air conditioner is full of dust. We carry out disinfection and cleaning every month. One year since its opening, the display screen has shown that it is full of dust. We have also asked the Midea manufacturer for explanation. The manufacturer told us that as long as the mode is adjusted correctly, it will not affect the use. Since the hotel was newly renovated and no guests reported this, we did not ask the Midea manufacturer about this issue. If you have any questions during your stay, you can call the front desk. We have staff available 24 hours a day to solve the problem. As for the issue of extra water, each room in the hotel is equipped with two bottles of free water. If you need to bring extra bottled water after check-out, you can call the front desk first and ask the floor attendant to add extra water.
