Hilton Yokohama

I stayed in this hotel with my wife during one night. Though the location was not so good due to the distance that was a little too far to walk to the closest subway's station, the facility was so clean and the service was excellent, so I strongly recommended to you if your priority is "staying in excellent hotel to mitigate your stress and another reasons, but if not, you had better choose different hotel in the case of enjoying sightseeing or business.

Big room and clean. Love the Crabtree products - lotion and shampoo . Very convenient and staff are friendly Breakfast tastes so so . But bearable

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Yokohama. Staff is very nice and helpful. It was a pity that the hotel did not give us an upgrade as we booked Premium room for 4 nights and deluxe room for 1 night. Can recommend this hotel.

The hotel is new and the room is spacious. The people and services there are very friendly and welcoming.

Everything was high quality especially the room cleanliness and amenities. It was outstanding! The only negative was that there was no free wifi service in the room, even though we pay a lot of money. Also some of the staff members at the reception had no smiles or warm welcoming atmosphere when we checked in. Everyone seemed so busy looking down at the PC that they weren’t vigilant at welcoming guests passing through the reception area. A warm, hearty smile would make a big difference at a hotel like the Hilton.

This place is superb. Brand spanking new. The rooms are huge even by American standards with everything you would expect. The architectural genteel classy nature belies the newness of the hotel. Yes we can still make nice things! It's a little walk to the Yokohama train station but easy really. And tons of great restaurants and services in that station. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
