The two ladies at the front desk, Xiaoma Xiaolei, were very attentive and enthusiastic. When we checked out, they saw us with our baby. They gave us a small hairpin and a few bottles of water to take with us on the road. The service was really good. The hotel has complete facilities and is located in the city center. It is convenient to go anywhere and the price-performance ratio is good.

A decent Jinjiang Inn. The rooms are quite big. The parking lot is small and not exclusive. Once the parking lot is full, you have to park in the underground garage of a shopping mall a few hundred meters away, which is quite troublesome. The breakfast is not bad.

The hotel hardware is good, the rooms are spacious, and there are cute robots that deliver takeaways to the door.
The biggest problem is the breakfast restaurant staff. The hotel stipulates that breakfast ends at 9:30, but before 9:00, a bunch of old ladies and waiters go around to collect the plates. They are not kind enough to help you change some of your plates when they are full, but they want to clear all the plates on the table so that you can have breakfast. After work, while eating, I watched the old aunt clean up the mess in a hurry, and quickly stopped her from confiscating the plate with a taro left. It felt so good. In contrast, the robot is more polite and has higher quality. A cute robot picture is attached.

It was a pleasant trip. As soon as I opened the door when I arrived at Yixing Hotel, I was greeted warmly by security: Comrade Shen Xibao opened the door, held an umbrella (because it was raining) and checked in. The manager at the lobby brought two different cups of tea (for men’s health). , female beauty care), she also helped us carry our luggage and put it into the guest room. We also brought steaming warm tea and fruits to the guest room. The housekeeping aunt also cleaned the room and delivered newspapers in the evening.
The breakfast the next day was sumptuous, and the waitress Ding Lamei's warm and thoughtful service made us both smile. This was a most enjoyable trip. The high-quality service of Yixing Hotel left us with wonderful memories.

You can also walk, which is very good. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet. The family room is suitable for two families. The room is super large and has a small living room. The only drawback is that there is only one bathroom and two toilets. The hotel is close to Shunan Street, and it takes half an hour to drive to other scenic spots. Parking is free. You have to go to breakfast early, otherwise the ingredients will be eaten up. The hotel customer service staff are relatively warm and friendly, and they will solve any problems as soon as possible. The main purpose was to go to Yixing Poly Theater to watch Deyun Sanxiao's crosstalk. Because I didn't want to rush, and it was the weekend, I decided to stay in Yixing for one night. I was originally struggling between Grand Hyatt and Hilton Garden Inn, and finally I chose Grand Hyatt after reading the reviews that Grand Hyatt had a good breakfast. Well, how should I put it? The surrounding environment of the hotel is great. There is a leisure square downstairs, which is super good for taking children there. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel. The hotel has its own parking lot. There is no carpet in the room, which I like very much. Breakfast, I don't feel it is very rich. The breakfast time is better. It ends at 10 o'clock, and I feel that there is nothing to eat. The overall feeling is okay, and the service is nothing remarkable.

Especially the porter service at the entrance is very considerate, always following the service to the room, introducing local specialties, good places to play at night, etc., and can also help with reservations.
