The sanitation of the hotel is very good, especially the Silk Road Light Food Court is just across the road, all kinds of Xinjiang cuisine, very happy.

房間很臟，下單時下了4天的單，入住時換了三間房，第一間的衞生間裏有別人使用過的紙巾，第二間房的衞生根本就沒打掃，第三件還行但是燈光有問題，一開燈就覺得房間很臟，床單一塊白一塊黃，住了三天衞生一次都沒打掃過，實在住不下去了第三天就退房了結果不給退款，攜程的客服找了好幾次酒店的人後才給退了半天房費，對攜程的客服的態度也很差，真想不到這種人在服務行業幹什麼，一點服務意識沒有感覺是花錢去看別人翻白眼一樣，真的不值得入住，酒店都開不下去了，前台沒人，白天衹有酒店經理就是態度很差的那個女的，晚上衹有一個保安也負責前台，怪不得沒生意做

性價比不高。酒店在頁面寫有免費接送機服務，實際上沒有，連收費的接送機服務都沒有，打電話問前台，説是所有的車都租出去了，機場自己打車過來要十幾二十塊。退房寄存行李的時候前台還沒上班，保安大爺在，跟他説寄存行李，他説不讓寄，沒有這個服務，我説連人家民宿都有這項服務，你一個酒店怎麼就沒有？氣**，一大早要我拿着行李去奔波，後來氣不過，拿回預訂頁面給他看，我説你這裏明明就寫着有行李免費寄存，免費接送機都沒有了，行李寄存也沒有嗎？爭論的一翻，保安大爺終於同意我寄存，我覺得是他的漢語水平或者他的理解有問題。酒店接待旅行團，隔音不好，旅行團有人大早上開着門在樓道大聲説話，吵得不能睡。床品上有破洞。唯一的優點就是，酒店所處位置好，馬路對面就是絲路小鎮，離火車站步行10分鐘以內。
