店家未經我同意，把大床房換成了標雙，然後説給我升級了，可是並未經過我同意，給了我臨街的標雙房間，我夫妻兩人入住，給我標雙，也真是搞不懂。附近特別吵，晚上11點，窗外還有小吃攤在吵鬧。早上6點就開始吵鬧，休息不好。

對面是菜市場 太吵了。凌晨1點多有吃宵夜的人 在吵 凌晨4點多又開始有擺攤的小販 開始吵 裝修 介於中式和歐式之間 就哪邊都搞不好 搞的不倫不類 漲價太誇張了 本來和家裡人 訂另一家的 結果那邊沒房了。衹能 這邊訂一間 我在這邊 長者在另一家 一樣的價格 另一家 體驗好多了 不但含早餐 農村嘛 晚上沒娛樂 另一家還能唱唱K 打打桌球 我過去還送了我早餐

服務挺好的，挺熱情德，有啥問題也能及時解決！
進門有一股臭臭的味道，找半天發現是拖鞋積水德那種臭味，建議換那種不會積水的拖鞋，或者曬乾再放進房間！
房間打掃的還是挺乾淨整潔的，但是晚上KTV，打麻將太吵了，而且隔音為0，外面説句話聽的一清二楚，半夜12點多沒人活動才安靜下來！

經常出去玩，但是這是第一次訂房給差評
去清遠玩了五天，這是最差的一家民宿，房間裝修後的味道很大，一走進去就開始咳嗽，都不知道有沒有測過甲醛，本來要自己補差價去換成雙床大窗大房的，結果味道都很大，商家也不願意退單，最後衹能無奈接受商家的降房，降到一樓的一個房，味道較小，但是吵，晚上麻將聲音，早上裝修聲音，洗手間地漏流水特別慢，洗澡幾分鐘水就流到洗手間門口，趕緊關水等水流完再沖洗一下

在黃花鎮能入住這樣規格和性價比之高的民宿酒店出乎意料，很滿意！新裝修的酒店設施齊全，房間設施一應俱全，還有蒸汽浴室，暖氣也足，乾淨衞生，服務態度很好。下次還會來住。

房間很大，乾淨整潔，有浴缸還有現代化桑拿房，房間外的大陽台可以品茗敍舊。喚醒你的是樓下阿婆採摘青菜的叫賣聲，十分有煙火氣，樓下挨着早餐店 ，皮蛋瘦肉粥和腸粉非常好吃。老闆附送了我們彭家祠竹筏漂流門票，還主動幫我們聯繫遊玩的電瓶車，非常感謝。
