The hotel has a good environment, convenient location, children from other places during the holiday, the room is clean and tidy, the front desk service is warm, the room manager Wang sent us afternoon tea on the day of check-in, the small cookie child likes to eat very much, asked the room manager to eat Ningxia's more distinctive snacks, She recommended Huaiyuan Night Market to us. After going there, the whole family was very happy. The children were very happy and felt the simplicity of Ningxia people. When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying.

Strategically located, walking distance to train station, malls and eatery outlets. Breakfast served coffee is disappointing - not freshly brew, diluted, light in color and tasteless. In-room slipper is “Green Slipper” or “reusable slipper”. if taken, guest will be charge RMB 30.00, If left behind, wondering how they recycle it for next guest usage and ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the slipper!

The environment of Jinfeng Hilton is very clean
There is a humidifier in the room, which is not necessary for southerners.
In addition to the comfortable environment, the service is also very considerate. It was Christmas day when we checked in, and we were given two Christmas apples. When I returned to the room after breakfast in the morning, I found that the housekeeper had tidied it up and wrote a small handwritten note to remind me.
There are both Western and Chinese breakfast options, and there are a lot of varieties.

Going back is the Shangjie Night Market, which is relatively quiet at night on a leisurely day. The hotel is a bit interesting. 在攜程上找了很久，評分高，還不超自己預算的，經營時間長的酒店，首先交通很方便，我們從銀川站下車後，走路不到10分鐘，乘坐BRT102路，從立交橋站坐到勝利街南塘巷口站下車，往回走300米就到了銀泉大酒店，酒店旁邊配套設施齊全，早上門口還有早市，晚上門口也有夜市小攤，酒店前台服務人員態度超好，很細心，説話很温柔，酒店設施也很完備，打掃衞生很及時，中間出去玩，洗了臟衣服，服務人員告訴我可以曬到7樓陽台，並很細緻的講怎麼到7樓，晚上突然下雨，緊急去7樓收衣服，誰知陽台大門鎖住了，這點就不得不承認酒店服務很細緻了，每層電梯門口都有休息的沙發和固定電話，趕緊6樓電梯門口給服務枱打電話告知要收衣服，前台立馬處理，超快的安排工作人員跟我一起去7樓收衣服，每天外出遊玩回來，房間衞生都打掃的很乾凈，心情立馬就好了，兒子説這家酒店的床睡着超舒服，軟硬適中，以後還來住，很推薦

Very good hotel. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and therefore the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment that the Sheraton brand should stand for a different kind of service than what I received there. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

The hotel lobby is very clean. The front desk lady was very nice and patient when checking in. The hotel room was very cozy and clean. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Xingqing Wanda. Ningxia spicy hotpot is very popular recently. After checking in, I couldn't wait to eat spicy hotpot nearby. It is also very convenient to travel~

It is true that on the first day of my stay, I felt that life was good. The breakfast on the second day was not what I expected. There are many varieties, but the quality is average. The food that fell off the food table and the garbage on the ground were not cleaned for a long time. The senses are poor. Although the room told the front desk that the bedding would not be changed, when I came back from going out, I found that there was still small garbage on the floor from the previous day. What’s even funnier is that when we were out playing, it was almost 2pm, and we suddenly received a call from the hotel asking us to check out. I was stunned for a moment. Didn’t I already swipe my room card at the front desk after breakfast (to stay for an additional day and complete the procedures at the front desk) for the same day? I anxiously returned to the hotel and asked the front desk, saying they had made a mistake. Because I ordered it on another platform and he didn't see it. What's even weirder is that we are asked to pay the deposit again when we check out. That is to say, I have to pay the room twice for this night, and then he will refund me once. This logic makes me dizzy. This is really convenient for the hotel itself, leaving the trouble to the customers.
Let’s talk about the benefits of the hotel. The hotel’s location faces Yuehai Lake and has the Helan Mountains in the background. The room can see Yuehai Lake. It is a new four-star hotel under the sports-oriented Intercontinental. You can feel that the waiters want to do a good job, but there is a small mistake. The heart-warming drink at night was very healthy and delicious. There is nice gym laundry room. Guests can use it free of charge.

GG_MackDue to an emergency while we were visiting the area we needed to quickly find a hotel. Luckily this hotel was very close and had very reasonable rates. Check in was quick and easy (even for foreigners).
The room was spacious and had all the amenities you need or want in a hotel. Everything was clean and we had no complaints.
Breakfast is served at the usual time and consists mainly of Chinese food but it did also have western breakfast items such as toast, cereal, etc

They helped me choose a room and let me check in. They even gave me fruit in the room. I was very patient! I feel thoughtful. And the breakfast is good👍

Check in was a little slow but otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful. A small grocery story attached to the hotel is very convenient. Good food close by. The room was very spacious and clean. I came to Yinchuan for a visit. The hotel I stayed in the day before couldn’t adjust the TV, so I moved to another hotel. I saw from the Internet that this hotel had pretty good ratings. I read the reviews and they were very true. So I came to this hotel and completed the check-in. After checking in, I asked the front desk staff if I could watch the TV. Because my companions had to watch Qing Yu Nian, they asked the waiter to adjust it for us. There was definitely a small problem with the shower the next day, so we reported it to Xiao Luo at the front desk. When we returned to the room after playing, and used the shower, it had been adjusted, everything was responded to, everything was taken care of, and the service attitude was very good. As night falls, the scenery outside the hotel becomes more and more beautiful. For people who have been busy all day, only by returning to the room can they truly get physical and mental comfort. GGuest UserI think it's worth staying there on weekends. The lobby bar said there are activities from Friday to Sunday nights.
Environment: The location is first-rate. The only pity is that when we went there, the sky was not good and it was rainy and we couldn't see the Helan Mountains.
Service: I can only say that the service staff is uneven overall. The best service is breakfast and the lobby bar at Jianshan.
Hygiene: The scale in the kettle is still serious, and the rest is within the normal range.
Hotel activities: You can go to their farm to feed the small animals. Due to the weather and because I was afraid of the strong smell, I didn't go. Later I regretted it a little.
Stargazing experience for two people: I didn't experience it because it rained. It is said that there is an indoor simulation of stargazing. If you bring children, you can participate.

Let me talk about what made me uncomfortable
1. I suggest that the hotel can add emergency vehicles. My husband had abdominal pain in the middle of the night. We tried to take a taxi for half an hour but couldn't get one. I wanted to ask if the hotel could arrange a car to take him to the hospital. I was told that they could only help book a taxi that cooperates with the hotel. However, because it was estimated that there would be no orders in the middle of the night, the final suggestion to me was to call 120
Although I drove by myself, it was a bit rainy at the time. It was nearly 30 kilometers from the hotel to the nearest hospital. There was a section of the rural road outside the hotel that was muddy and stone and had no street lights. I didn't consider driving at the first time because I was afraid of making mistakes in the chaos and I was not familiar with the road conditions. It took me about an hour to drive to the hospital
2. I broke a cup when I was washing it I left a teacup lid and told the hotel to arrange for someone to clean it up. The guy who came in took photos right away, then asked me where the rest of the cup was, and continued taking photos. After a series of times, he finally cleaned up the broken pieces. No one asked me if I was injured. When I checked out, I asked for compensation. The hotel told me that they wanted to compensate for the whole set, which normally costs 298. They just gave me the purchase price of 98. I searched Taobao for the approximate price of this cup before. As long as the compensation is not outrageous, I think it is acceptable. However, the price difference is close to 70. I said I could pay 98, but the hotel needed to show me a compensation certificate and a price composition. Public notice, I guess the lady at the front desk thought I was being unreasonable and said no, because I went back to the hotel to pack up and check out, my husband was still in the hospital, so I chose to leave first. Afterwards, I bought the same tea cup on Taobao and sent it to the hotel, please check it.
3. The hotel advertises that it has its own winery, and there is a lounge in the lobby. I wanted to buy two to drink in the evening. I saw that I could taste it. At that time, the staff at the lounge asked me three times if I was sure I wanted to buy it. I understand that as a business, I am afraid that the guests will be wasted, but I think I can change the words to make people feel more comfortable.
