The location of the hotel is very good. There is a shopping mall and night market downstairs, which is very convenient for traveling and eating. The front desk upgraded me to a suite for free when I arrived at night. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. There were two TVs in the room, which was clean and tidy and well-equipped. It is also particularly suitable for family travel and business people. The big bed is very comfortable, and the hotel has a good view from the upper floors. It should be more cost-effective than the all-season hotel on the first floor.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are complete and have everything you need. They are also very new. Hygiene: The room is overall neat and clean, and the cleaning lady will come to clean up every afternoon. Service: The front desk and service staff are very good and responsive! I really can’t resist good service! ! The guy at the front desk even upgraded me to a suite for free and also gave me breakfast coupons and so on. Environment: Very clean and tidy! ! The price/performance ratio is also very high! ! I have stayed in many hotels in Yichang at this price and the location is not bad. It is basically surrounded by Global Harbor and several squares. It’s not a pretense, I really think it’s great. Chinese people don’t lie to Chinese people! !

The room is very new, clean and hygienic, and the service attitude is good. The toilet flushes automatically and the shower water pressure is sufficient. The surrounding area is very convenient for eating and shopping, and the Zhongnan Road Night Market is just downstairs. The only drawback is that it's too new, and I'm a very sensitive person, so I still smell the new decoration. By the way, the breakfast was not bad, but it just happened to have a mushy smell in the restaurant this morning, which may have been fried.

環境和設施都非常不錯，樓下就是小吃街，前台服務人員也都非常熱情，更沒想到酒店晚上還有夜宵，以後有機會再來宜昌的話還是會選擇麗怡酒店。

酒店位置非常好👍市中心，酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，客房清潔人員也很親切，前台小姐姐很熱情，停車方便，地下兩層都可以免費停車，大廳在八樓，也很好找，房間價格也很實惠，性價比高！得到的不僅是一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，還有人間煙火，超讚！

作為宜昌新開的酒店各方面配套都很完善，乾淨整潔，所在位置處好幾個商場，停車便捷免費，酒店所在樓棟地下車庫非常大，不用擔心沒有車位，吃飯購物就不用説了； 酒店服務人員工作熱情周到，能夠為客户考慮，真正把服務放在第一位，每位小姐姐都長的很漂亮，此行帶家人來玩體驗很好，下次商務出差會再來。 另外從我長期出差住酒店的角度給酒店提個建議：酒店房間內沒有設定煙灰缸，如果不設定可以放置吸煙有害健康或者禁止吸煙的温馨提示牌，無煙房間也是很多客户選擇的一個方向。放置煙灰缸亦能防止吸煙的客户隨意亂扔煙頭。

房間很大也很通透，級別裏難得的全落地窗，地段也非常不錯，三個大商場交匯，離江邊也近，東站和遊客中心中間，特別方便。算麗怡裏的高硬件版了，價格也合適，性價比很高，清爽風挺適合旅行的 但是新酒店軟硬件還沒調試好？空調衹吹20度冷風，自動擋永遠是最大風到了設定温度也不會停。浴室地巾疑似不更換，展開就是灰塵和長髮絲，剛剛理過發，再長也沒這麼長。可以的話配個凈化器，雖然是新酒店，35度的天開窗通風是不是太不人性化了
