The hotel environment is first-class and the sea view room price is very favorable. It is recommended to stay. The only unpleasant thing is that when checking in, the receptionist insists that you send him a confirmation email for the reservation. This is very strange. No hotel has such a requirement, and giving him a screenshot of the reservation is not enough.

Disappointed, far from a 5 stars hoteI don't go there. We booked a Triple room for two nights. Here are the main points: The reception man is rude and service is slow. The room furniture is old and damaged. The Tv has only few channels working. The Air conditionning is not working and it was hot, sleep wasn't comfortable. The room balcony opens on the restaurant kitchens with noisy fans of air conditionners and aeration fans. The smell of cooking food and frying oil enters the room whenever you open the balcony. The food seems abundant but actually it is poor with focus on cheap pasta and useless meals. Fruits are smaller than normal and of poor quality. The animation team is good , they do what they can to entertain poeple. The room sheets and towels are clean. Hot water works. The heated swimming pool opens at 10 am and closes at 6pm. Many parts of the hotel need renovation it used to be a nice hotel before but like many of other hotels in Tunisia it is degrading drastically in quality. It is actually a 2 stars hotel.

We’re to begin with this amazing hotel 1st time in Tunisia and we have absolutely loved it The rooms wow wow and wow I’ve never been a hotel with rooms so huge they were cleaned everyday and our cleaner was lovely The 3 pools 1 main pool with entertainment 1 smaller pool and 1 salt water pool there was always enough sun beds and no getting up at silly o’clock Shout out to Steve behind the bar he was amazing so friendly and a real laugh The entertainment time rocky and Mike you are the best always took the time to speak even if we didn’t want join in games.. the beach was a 5 minute stroll and you can get drinks pizzas and some sandwiches at the bar the beach is one of the nicest beaches I’ve been to. Defo use the guys next door for rides we paid 30 dinar each The theme park and water park were both amazing we used both there is something for every age Only let down for us was food and I think it’s cuz we are fussy English eaters.. if your not fussy there is plenty of choice and the cakes are absolutely amazing The snack bar in the day is good the pizzas are delicious I would defo recommend rovers return for food we had 4 adult meals 4 Heinekens 4 cokes and it was £47.. Sunday dinners are amazing Overall I really can’t fault this hotel at all its stunning would defo return

Although the hotel time is a bit old, the hotel service is very good, the room is good, the hotel pool is very high in the afternoon and evening, there is a theme park on the side of the hotel, there is a small restaurant at the intersection, cheap and delicious, from the beach or A little distance, it is the beach after crossing the crossroads. The Hammamet people are also very friendly. Next time you come to Tunisia, you will come to Hammamet. This is a good place for a holiday.

Large hotel well located on the coast of Hammamet, the children took advantage of the heated swimming pool, great entertainment in the evening around the swimming pool and also inside, the food was good, however the staff were not very smiling, not very welcoming and not available, the rooms and bedding that makes you want to sleep, tv from the old millennium and the bathroom that has no have the category of a 4 * and they need to be renovated.

The hotel was clean, the room we stayed in was very spacious with decent sized beds. The facilities were average. The animation team especially Djo was very good, he was very accommodating and friendly he spent time getting to know the children and teaching them the dances and getting them involved in the activities. We travelled as a large group, each of us found something to do. Unfortunately for our family the food was not to our liking as much although the staff were very accommodating for my special needs son and made sure he had what he needed to eat each day.

It's a beautiful looking hotel, on the surface. But as we've found, as with most things in Tunisia, looks are most likely deceiving. It's more like a standard 2-3 star hotel. It has most basic conveniences. There is no air 'conditioning' in the rooms, just a very gentle flow of Luke warm air. The food, whilst plentiful, and if you're not fussy, is ok. If you are bringing kids with an English pallet, be prepared for disappointment, as they cater for a french/russian/polish cuisine, which could be too much for the normal brit. If you're planning on leaving the hotel to visit a local restaurant/bar, please be mindful of all the shopkeepers, they can be very forceful and manipulative to get you inside their shops. Also, for anyone 'giving' you something to try. Once you try it, you will be expected to pay for it! We learnt this through a kid letting us try some cactus fruit on the beach, which was nice, but then he demanded 60 dinar (£15) I swiftly told him where to go and gave him 5 dinar. Wifi is available, but painfully slow. It's a nice place to visit, but everyone is out to scam you. Once you have this in your mindset, you'll be fine. Even our tour operator (easyjet) was just trying to scam us into day trips. He wasn't at all interested in the questions we raised. As soon as we said 'we'll think about a trip further into our stay', he got up and vanished! As I say, it's a lovely place, weather is decent but please be prepared that everyone is out to scam you, it's their culture out here. Hopefully I've been of help to someone. Would I visit Tunisia again......probably not. It's not really set up for the british yet. A few years down the line, maybe it will be better.

Accueil au top, personnel très serviable, toujours aux petits soins. L appartement de 80m2 avec une terrasse et un balco est bien équipé (cuisine très bien) avec une literie confortable. Toutes les chaînes télé françaises sur et un bon Wi-Fi partout (je travaille en stream pour mes réunions). Sinon grand hôtel avec des palmiers et bananiers partout et de belle pelouse vertes et bien entretenues avec une très belle et grande piscine (très calme) ainsi qu un parc aquatique très sympathique. Le meilleur hôtel de yasmine hammamet selon moi (j ai fais 2 hôtels 5* les 2 semaines précédentes). Plage à 5 min à pieds et 2 bon restaurant snake (Yoyo et Oggi) et un grand supermarché pas cher à 1min à pieds. Je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs...
