房間跟圖片一樣，所見即所得位置非常好，窗外就是海濱，這兩天搞活動很熱鬧，挨着希爾頓，走路十來分鐘。客廳卧室都是大落地窗觀海景，客廳還有大投影儀。床品跟家裡一樣舒服柔軟，床墊比酒店硬一些更好睡。空間大，層高，空調冷氣足，很舒服。煙台悶熱，出去一身汗，孩子不願意出門主要呆公寓了，最後還捨不得走。房主服務態度好，有問題立馬解決。
建議：1衞生間寫個提示，衞生間的門跟大卧室的門嚴絲合縫，差點沒找到。2客廳綠色沙發好看但不舒服，坐下去凹陷。可以換一個更實用的。
補充一下，套房是一間大房子的隔斷，但兩個門互不影響，就是第一天晚上隔壁説話嗓門大且很晚。

在這住了5天，感覺挺方便的。這樑老闆是個高個子i人，而且沒對象。設施肯定不是多先進那種，夠用了。
環境方面呢，這是個海景房，39層，晚上比較安靜，床是棕墊適合喜歡睡硬床的。
位置方面，這裏去哪都方便，我一般從華夏良子門口開始打車去各種地方。走路可以沿海邊去煙台山，朝陽街，再往南的所城裡萬達都行。也可以沿海邊往東到第一浴場，第二浴場，漁人碼頭，煙大浴場。
吃飯方面，南門路對面有挺多吃的，西門路對面是市府路，那邊有賣水果的也有開在巷子裏的燒烤啊麪啊餛飩什麼的。
條件方面，有公用廚房洗衣機冰箱啥的，其實也沒見有人用，然後衞生間下水比較慢了，希望老闆看見換個地漏。
總體來説還挺温馨的，下面廣場適合晚上坐着聽歌，挺愜意

最差的一次入住，停車超級不方便，停地下還需要上一樓在繞行到入住的樓下，屋裡環境非常差，有很多的小飛蟲，反饋後説點蚊香根本不起作用，床也很臟，屋子不是正規的兩居室，有隔斷，晚上隔壁房間還很吵鬧，大家避坑。

房間裏有一股奇怪的味道，就像是廁所裏放的那種空氣清新劑，又香又*，大家慎重選擇吧，不過正對着大海，服務態度也不錯，有利有弊，方便出去看日出日落

房間不是很大很緊湊，入門就是小房間沒有空調只有電風扇，與大房間有拐彎抹角的走廊，大房間的空調根本就打不過去，孩子熱的都沒睡好，空調聲音又太吵，影響我們睡眠，小陽台能看見海，衞生間 洗浴用品放馬桶邊，牆面沒有架子可以放，馬桶邊也沒架子 廁紙也沒地方放，我都沒敢用它提供的紙

房間潔凈漂亮，超大投影，化粧鏡都很實用，孩子喜歡。

房間乾淨，整潔，舒服。躺床上可觀日初，日落！老闆本地人，性格隨和，人特好，做的各景點功略，出行方式，推薦周邊特色飯店都特別好，就是要提前去拿號，不然等時間長！有事直接打老闆電話絕對幫忙解決！下樓繞過到後面直走，快走3-5分鐘就是海邊，煙台山景區，朝陽街老街，都在十分鐘路程之內。
在來煙台還住這裏，祝老闆生意興隆發大財！
