Big hotel and the room was good. Just a bit expensive for what you get. The main pool was also empty and we choose the hotel for the pool, so that was disappointing. The other pool was very dirty and only one hot spring out of many had water and that one was full of children.

The rooms are just a bit old, and the service is average, probably because we came from Shangri-La, where Guilin Shangri-La was too welcoming. The children's playground has a strong musty smell due to the extreme humidity.

I think this is also good, so that other arrangements in the afternoon can be concentrated, so we adjusted our itinerary. After 12 o'clock, she told us that makeup needs to be made up separately, and there is a young lady in front of me who is putting on makeup. She told me that makeup needs 2 hours, so my afternoon arrangements are all disrupted! So I canceled the photo shoot. The personal experience is very bad, and the whole process is a mess! Later, she didn't reply to the message, which is very irresponsible! ! It was originally given by the hotel, so I don't care, but it's not done this way! !
