Arrived just a phew days before the 30 anniversary and we enjoyed a wonderful atmosphere as it written: Inspired by nature. A delightful landscape filled with pine and a lot of various nature. Shuttles work around the clock to ease the access during the day just fine, the restaurant has an elegant design with great taste in food recipes and choices, the central court (Mini Bodrum and stage) is a pleasant meeting place for both sides of the complex, the large green grass space from Sea Garden is much appreciated instead of a big swimming pool, the diving team near the pool are a great choice if you'd like to take full advantage of the clear and dreamy water and for safety reasons the complex is full of hidrants and water cannons. The beach bar is an inviting lounge place until late at night and during the day with some great music to enjoy your holiday and the best place to enjoy your morning coffee is the coffee place near the kids pool (turkish coffee included). If you don't want to miss your gym workout you can rely on the small but efficient fitness place were you can find fresh towels and plenty of water. For a full relaxing day we enjoyed the pontoon sun beds, second row. The first ones are bathed in sun afternoon. The room, block number 1, ground floor, was spot on with no unwanted visitors crawling in the night. The 30 anniversary was a fantastic moment with a great vibe and nice music but placed in the wrong place for my taste (on the village beach instead of the main court Mini Bodrum). Overall it was a 10/10 experience and we are looking forward to taste and experience again the Hapimag services.

Stayed as a couple 2nd week of October. Whilst we had a fantastic time there were some gripes that need to be considered/improved. Quick efficient check in and transfer to our superior room which was ready early afternoon. Block i just above the beach bar had great views of the sea and beautiful sunsets each night from the large balcony. The room spacious, bed comfy, huge bathroom although very tired and water couldn’t make up its mind whether it was hot or cold! The room is obviously badly designed with darkened mirrors and badly designed lighting which is annoying for us ladies. Tv in the mirror isn’t really a selling point for us especially since we don’t watch tv while on holiday- decent mirrors and better lighting is preferred. The infinity pool was a let down as it’s not quite infinite views because of the over grown bushes and the loud noise coming from the exercise classes doesn’t make it a relaxing experience. The main pool is great if you want to partake in the various daily activities. The quiet pool was out of the way up at the top. But our preferred place was the beach just below the towel station and beach restaurant. Sunbeds always available and we always arrived at mid morning. Generally we ate in the main restaurant at breakfast & night and the beach restaurant at lunch, the food is wonderful and plentiful with more than enough choice for even the fussiest eaters. I challenged myself to get a smile out of the omelette chef by the end of our stay and I’m pleased to say I did eventually! Waiting stuff were absolutely brilliant and worth their weight; the two Mehmets, Can, restaurant manager Murat all stood out and treated us superbly. Serhat in the beach house restaurant was also excellent as was the food and setting on the beach although why they serve all the side sauces, salad and fries as starters then bring your main out later on its own is beyond me. We visited Lavante and both the food and service was poor; Yasin was far more interested in flirting with a table of young girls than doing his job of tending to the tables he was responsible for. The food was odd and being of Turkish decent I know what to expect and this was not up to par. The beach bar was a buzz every night and bar manager Kubilay was wonderful and looked after us well, making sure we had somewhere to sit (it gets very busy) and drinks. The entertainment was plentiful day and night. The entertainment team work very hard although their dance show wasn’t great. The other acts Colombian dancers, violinist, the guitarist were great. The white party sundowner was brilliant in a beautiful setting and the silent party was a good laugh. The hand pan performance was a let down, accompanied by the resident dj’s awful music choice in fact the dj Umut needs to perhaps widen his repertoire of something other than heavy techno base as it was tiresome and headache inducing. The Bodrum parking resort we prefer for the sea this year also improved the quality of service. We spent a good time with our friends and family. I recommend that Alacart fish go.

Family hotel 15 km from Bodrum. The family is very friendly. There is no entertainment in the village itself, but a minibus goes to Bodrum every 20 minutes, the fare is 40 Turkish lira. There is a very good municipal beach nearby, a sunbed is 50 lira, a shower is 10 lira, there is also a relatively inexpensive restaurant with fast food. We lived in a standard room. The room is small, but it was not important for us, because we only spent the night at the hotel. Breakfast is portioned: vegetables, cheese, eggs, tea. Nearby there are two supermarkets, a liquor store and a pharmacy.

It’s a standard 3-stars hotel with very loud annoying music Check-in was quick and our bags arrived quickly at the room, which was good and spacious with a balcony with a great view. As gold members of *******, we were upgraded and offered a fruit plate. However, the shower was leaking, the curtains did not shut properly and the coffee machine wasn’t working (1 coffee is complimentary, the following days it’s paid - another surprise at a 5-stars hotel). We complained and the curtains were fixed but the other issues remained unfixed. The jacuzzi wasn’t working properly too. They do not make the turn around at night, as expected in a 5-stars unit. So the towels you use in the morning are the same you used after the beach, still humid. We dined twice at the restaurant and the food was ok. The setting is very good, right near the sea. Our waitress was a lovely girl from Cazaquistan - the only staff member to whom we would rate a 5-stars service. Breakfast is simply not good. The porridge was terribly made and the scrambled eggs were watery. It’s served at the table, you can only choose the juice, coffee, eggs and pancakes besides what they bring to the table. Beach chairs are not comfortable and we couldn’t move the shade, it is fixed together with a little table. There are five cabanas on the deck, at 150€ per day! But the worst part is the VERY LOUD MUSIC ALL THE TIME! It’s impossible to relax at the beach with horrible disco music the whole afternoon. EVERY DAY. When you complain they lower the volume a little bit and slowly put it very loud again… We were lucky enough there were few guests during our stay. Staff is very young and inexperienced, most of them speak poor English. We were wondering whether the owners of this hotel want it to be a 5-stars boutique hotel or a teenagers disco on the beach (even the choice of music is tiring and annoying!). Management should decide wether they run an elegant boutique style property or a noisy standard little hotel. Service in general is poor and we would never rate this a 5-stars boutique hotel. For the price paid at this hotel, we would expect a much better service and atmosphere. We do not recommend it and would rate it as 3-stars unit, as it is. We left after two nights (we booked 5 nights at this hotel).
