The service is very good. It is the hotel with the best restaurant service in my current trip. There is no one. Especially the lady Lu who helped with the luggage was very enthusiastic. Thank you. I will stay here again next time.

From check-in to departure, the service staff will take the initiative to help with luggage, parking and hot spring transfers, and buffet meals. When I got to the table, I took the initiative to press the elevator. The things that were missing in the room were quickly delivered to me through a phone call. The call was answered in a timely manner. The lamb soup in the lunch was very generous, tasted good, and the price was affordable. The kids didn't want to leave even though they were playing in the hot springs, and I couldn't stand the heat. Will come next time if I have a chance. The waiters surnamed Jin and Lu are warm and considerate, and they are also very caring towards children. I like it.
