Family-friendly Hotels in Xuzhou

Despite the unfriendly reception staff, my overall stay was pleasant enough, the lake view rooms were nice, however the hotel plumbing was substandard in that it can’t cope with toilet paper. The initial house keeping staff did a poor job, but their replacement 李世嬌 was excellent for the duration of my 12 nights stay. The breakfast was greasy and mediocre, but the staff were friendly, especially the dough stick/noodle bar, she always had a smile on her face.

Business trip to Xuzhou with foreign colleagues, stayed in Hyatt, reception is very professional and kind, hotel has fantastic view, Breakfast was very good, the chefs made lots of fresh food (they even made homemade “油条”, looks tempting). Services is good, fresh food, coffee can be delivered to your table.

The hotel is nice, the room was very comfortable and clean but it is getting a little old. You can spot many signs of wear and tear in places. However, if you are traveling through Xuzhou for work it is ideally situated right in front of the high speed train station which is very convenient but also a bit dull if you want to walk around at night to kill time as there is nothing around.

The hotel is a few kilometers away from the high-speed railway station, and there is a lot of food around Wanda Plaza. The room environment is really good, clean and hygienic, and the rest is very comfortable. The breakfast really has to give a big praise, a wide variety and good taste! Finally, I would like to give the waiter a compliment. The service attitude is very good. It is very cost-effective to live in such a hotel at this price! Next time I come to the designated hotel in Xuzhou! Just a small comment, the carpet in the corridor really needs to be replaced, it is too old, and the garbage from take-out is placed at the door, which is not good!

The hotel has convenient transportation, taxis are also very fast, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is hygienic and comfortable, especially the bath water, which is large, hot and comfortable. Service staff service is also good, if there is heating, it would be nice

The staff were very informative at check in advising of some of the facilities that had been closed due to Covid restrictions and changed location of the breakfast room. Going down to breakfast was great - some very helpful staff and a great selection of food. The in-room option for breakfast (leaving the card on the door for collection at night) didn't happen - I'd attempted that twice and the card was still on the door in the morning. The delivery of extra water with the robot was very cute.

The hotel environment is very good, and the hotel staff service is also very good. The mini single room is much larger than expected (larger than the hotel picture), and it is a hotel interior room with a very good experience. 👍 Recommended

The hotel is very good in terms of location, hygiene, environment and service. The bad thing is that the first room is not soundproofed and you can hear the voices next door clearly. The floor heating in the second room is too hot, so the room temperature is still hot when you sleep with the window open. Did the hotel swear to roast all the guests?

The service is very good. Snacks are given when you enter the store. There is also a special car for pick-up. However, the soundproofing of the room is too poor. You can hear the noise from the neighbors. The hotel is on the second floor and the first floor. You can hear the noise from the road. When I came, other shops downstairs were being renovated. I heard the sound of electric drills all morning and woke up early in the morning. The sound was so loud that I couldn't communicate and it gave me a headache. Everything else is good.

The hotel is in a great location, right by Yunlong Lake, and the air is great. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the lake. It's really refreshing to walk along the greenway, very beautiful. The main meal delivered is a set meal for two, the quantity is amazing, and it is definitely enough for 4 people. The garlic fried fish was out on the first day, so it was replaced with pickled fish. I didn't want to eat set meal A on the second day, and I wasn't interested in set meal B. The foreman was very good and changed all the dishes, including stewed lamb with cabbage vermicelli, stir-fried meat with dried bamboo shoots, and stir-fried mud wormwood. The taste was very good, especially the lamb. The breakfast was very, very rich and tasted good, and the Xuzhou rice noodles were delicious. The overall service was great. The only drawback was that the toilet was too difficult to use, but the staff said it would be renovated and replaced in the near future.
