酒店的領導請看下，就是這個前台員工。最基本的服務意識都沒有。極其沒有耐心，根本不聽客户在説什麼，一樣的話我重複説過了3-4遍，最後説我沒説。還説我語氣不好。開發票變相刁難。這樣的人上崗前就沒有進行培訓嗎？作為新鄭有頭有臉的酒店，這樣的服務我覺得嚴重匹配不上金鼎國際酒店的名號。

第一，在去哪平台預訂，信用入住還讓交300訂金就很不爽，第二，再就是我實付278，但打水單衹能打238的，理由是平台收40，不能打，我就問對於我來説我付多少打多少很正常，就是一張紙的事為什麼就不行？第三，早餐説是到9點半，9點15過去，就告訴已經收了，麪做不了，更可氣的是你問廚師都不理你不説話，吃了一肚子涼的食物。第四，酒店設施老舊，插座插充電器都插不穩，晚上竟自己滑落了，房間還有異味，真不知道這種酒店怎麼還能有存在的理由，難道是國企？

馬上過去三個月，今天看訂單才想起來沒給評價，説實話不是看在保潔阿姨和前台工作辛苦，一星都不想給。因為帶着八個月大的寶寶，當時提前半個多月訂的這個酒店，就為了有接送機和早餐服務。結果下了飛機告訴我沒有接送機服務，晚上十點多小孩要睡覺，第二天早晨七點還要轉高鐵，機場外我直接麻了，沒有的服務為什麼掛平台上？沒有接送機服務，那麼我選擇你們酒店的原因是什麼？憑你們酒店快10年的裝修？憑你們種類簡簡單單的早餐？憑你們衣櫃發黃的浴袍？憑你們貴的要死的價格？開門做生意，自己做不到的事情就不要掛平台。幸好你們在機場附近，都是臨時客，不是這個地理位置支撐着，我估計你們酒店快開不下去了吧。
