This is a small and exquisite hotel located in the center of Xiamen. From the public areas to the rooms, the design of every part reflects the boss's unique ingenuity, and the hygiene is great! The hotel is in an excellent location, opposite Vientiane City and the entrance to the subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere. The service goes without saying. Every day when we return to the hotel, we receive warm greetings from the front desk staff. If we have any requests after check-in, we do our best to meet them. I feel that this is a warm hotel. The pleasant check-in experience also adds a lot to our itinerary!

Jin'an Hotel is under a new owner and has not yet been used, but the service is very warm and helpful. They also helped us carry our luggage to the room on the third floor. It is very close to Xiamen Railway Station and just across the road, and it is convenient for dining and transportation.

Great hotel that is nice and clean. We were assigned a non-smoking room on the 28/F which offered an amazing view of Longyan City. Very pleasant service and we would like to commend their staff Lisa Chung for her friendliness and making us felt much welcomed. We left two jackets in the wardrobe on check out. The hotel called us but we were already on the High Speed Rail. The jackets were then couriered to us in Hong Kong in no time. Very efficient indeed. Breakfast was also good value for money. Very pleasant stay overall. Will recommend Fliport chain of hotels to our friends.

Excellent stay at Atour Light. The front desk staff are incredible, especially ChenChen, who helped organise trips and deal with any issues that arose. They go above and beyond for you. The hotel also has little extras, like a free laundry service that give an even better experience. Great location, right next to a huge shopping mall and a subway very close by. Many thanks for a treat trip.

Facilities: brand new and complete, the bedding is also very comfortable, there is a rest area in the lobby for temporary rest. Hygienic: The room is clean and bright, there is no smell, and there will be no excessive musk scent. Environment: The sound insulation effect is very good, and occasionally children pass by the aisle to hear a little sound. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the light rail station and subway station and Vientiane City. There are also many delicious shops around, which is really convenient. Service: Special thanks to the staff, very warm and friendly, very taking care of our stay experience. Forgot to take a photo of the room, but what you see is what you get, it is the hotel that will definitely stay again on the next trip!

You spent almost 1 hour helping us to call Xiamen Airline to work out the details and patiently helped us on the payment mode which we were not familiar with. You were so kind to share your mobile data via hotspot with my husband's mobile phone during the 1 hour. Both of us were sick and needed to return home, you stepped in with so much patience to help us. We appreciated your kindness extended to us on 26th March 2024. Just wanted to give a shoutout for hooking us up with that sweet balcony room upgrade—much appreciated! The room was pretty fancy, loved having that cozy sofa and coffee table to chill out on. And big props to the staff, they were super friendly and even hooked us up with extra mineral water when we asked. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hand wash provided, surpassing the typical soap. The hotel's location is fantastic, within walking distance to the railway station and two METRO stations, as well as close to a bus stop. Additionally, there is an Underground Shopping Center at the MRT station, where you can purchase groceries, including fresh cut fruits, snacks, and daily essentials at a more affordable price compared to convenience stores. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The cleanliness of the room could be better—I encountered an insect (possibly a cockroach) on my bed on the third day of my stay, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, I found the bed to be extremely firm, making it SUPERB difficult to fall asleep comfortably. Overall, despite a few minor issues, my experience at your hotel was enjoyable, thanks to the welcoming staff, convenient location, and thoughtful amenities.

This experience in Zengcuo'an's homestay is beyond imagination! The location of the homestay is excellent, close to the sea, and you can feel the caress of the sea breeze and the low sound of the waves within a few minutes' walk. The botanical garden next to it adds a touch of fresh greenery, as if you are in a natural oxygen bar. Entering the room, the clean and tidy environment makes people feel happy. Every corner is spotless, the bed is soft and comfortable, making people sleep well all night. The sanitary facilities are very complete, the shower water temperature is just right, the toilet is clean and odorless, the toiletries are all available, and the quality is excellent. The staff at the hotel are also very warm and friendly, always smiling, and the service is thoughtful and intimate, making people feel warm. Here, you can enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of accommodation and convenient access to the surrounding attractions. Whether it is watching the sunrise by the sea in the morning or strolling in the botanical garden in the afternoon, it is very pleasant. If you are also looking for a place to relax, this homestay in Zengcuo'an is definitely the best choice!
