I have been to this hotel before and it still have the same service as before.. The staff have been very helpful and courteous as well It made our visit even more pleasurable

I was on a business trip to Xiamen and saw this newly opened hotel and tried to make a reservation. I was completely surprised. Facilities: The hotel is very new, everything is very new, the facilities in the room are very clean, and the imagined decoration smell did not appear Hygiene: Hygiene is very clean, and places in the closet that are easily overlooked are kept very clean. Environment: The environment is very good. The breakfast restaurant of this hotel can actually rotate. The service staff said that the restaurant rotates for two and a half hours. You can see Yuandang Lake, which is really good. Service: The service is very good. The ladies in the front office, guest rooms and breakfast room are all happy to help you with anything. Location: The transportation is very convenient, Vientiane City is right next to it A very good hotel, I hope it will get better and better in the future

We had a 2 nights stay at the Pullman Xiamen hotel from 29 to 31 Oct. I would like to give compliments to the reception staff at this hotel, especially Beck and Wendy. Beck had guilded and helped us to book our ferry tickets to Gulangyu and made payment using his local identity. Kudos to his good services, we had a very good experience staying in Xiamen. I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite easy to find, which is always a plus when traveling. The interior is cool and modern, giving a great first impression. However, a closer inspection revealed that the facilities are quite worn down. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the view from my room was very nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience. Unfortunately, I found a hair in the shower drain, which was a bit off-putting. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was a complete rip-off and not at all what I expected from a place that advertises “breakfast included.” All they offered was a plate with a toast, an egg, half a sausage, and some cabbage, which is totally overpriced for what it is. Overall, my stay was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of maintenance and the quality of the breakfast. There is no lift, so if you have heavy luggage prepare yourself to carry it to the second floor. The guy working at the front desk was really helpful and even welcomed us in the middle of the night.

Absolutely fantastic stay, prices for this hotel were cheaper when I booked and so I splurged a bit on a place otherwise above budget for me. You never know whether it’ll be worth it but this time I was pleasantly surprised! I was upgraded to an even better room than initiallyyy booked for free, with plenty of additional complementary amenities. Coffee and tea were replaced every day in my room, breakfast buffet was delish (do try the noodles!). Second floor self-service cafeteria was such a fun addition to take my coffee with me before leaving for a day of exploring Xiamen! Excellent location, kind staff. Would love to return if I come back to Xiamen!

Well located with nearby Coffee and Ice streets offering high quality western style cafes, bars and and Pastry shops. Staff at the hotel are attentive and conscientious, however overly zealous about upselling the benefits of the club lounge rooms. Club lounge is small, doesn’t have much to offer by way of snacks. Very limited food options at breakfast. Doesn’t open of offer anything around lunchtime and has limited options for dinner. Ok if you’re a drinker, but range of spirits is small. Didn’t feel I received value for money for the upgrade. My clients and I ended up eating at the main restaurant for breakfast, which was not included in the club price? Also, the views from the club floor rooms were not river views- we overlooked the noisy bar street at the building across the road. Had a problem getting fruit to my room over my 4 day stay, so had to go out and buy Bananas for myself. Another issues was that despite leaving the room available and arranging with reception for housekeeping to clean the room in time for me to have a video conference call without interruptions, they did not and so, i was interrupted during my call and had to repeatedly explain and deal with housekeeping insisting on coming in! The last straw for me was when reception neglected to extend my stay as requested the day before and so I had issues with my card and with checking in again, so I simply booked into another, more welcoming hotel. Overall, the hotel is professional and well managed, but they do seem to have some problems co-ordinating back of house teams.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. The room is clean and has no odor. The flight arrived at midnight. The hotel is not far from the airport and is a good place to rest. The room rate did not increase on New Year's Eve, so it is very cost-effective.

The service of the hotel is very good, this must be affirmed first. Whether it is changing rooms due to noise problems after the first day of check-in, or various service responses in the following days, the robot delivers food to the room, I think it is very good, and I can get full marks. But the hotel facilities are old, and the surrounding facilities are not convenient because of the demolition. Of course, it is an advantage that the subway station is close, and there is a lakeside reservoir suitable for running at night. On the first day, I lived in a north-facing room, and the sound of traffic on the road could be heard throughout the day. I moved to the second room, because it was next to the elevator, and the sound of the elevator running made people unable to sleep. Changing to the third room solved the noise. question. The air conditioner in the room could not adjust the temperature. It was too cold when it was turned on, and too hot when it was not turned on. I got colds all the time. The hygiene of the sofa in the room was worrisome. Sitting on the sofa (chaise), my arms and legs were bitten 4 times by unknown bugs in two days.

The hotel is very near to Xiamen Airport T3. I booked it for sake for transitting the next day. The hotel offers free pick up and drop off between hotel and T3/T4 Xiamen Airport. The hotel room is very comfy. All required amenities is available. I sleep very well. Comfy and clean room. Highly recommend.

Airport shuttle at anytime this i will give 5star, because i arrive too late and still have shuttle van to pick me up. Cleaner will clean your room everyday unless you request don't clean.
