First time staying here. The room was unexpectedly clean and comfortable. It was equipped with a voice assistant. The service was warm and enthusiastic, especially the front desk clerk Xiao Liu, who made people feel at home. The breakfast was rich with many flavors. There is also a gym on the third floor where you can go for some exercise. It is worth staying here!

This is a very good hotel with a good location. You can find something to eat 2-3 minutes after crossing the overpass. The front desk colleagues are polite and responsible. It is worth mentioning that the little robot is also very helpful. Soon after calling the front desk, it will bring things to the room, and it also talks funny. Breakfast is good, but the highlight is eating it in the revolving restaurant, which has a unique flavor!

Xiao Lan, the front desk clerk at the hotel, had a very good service attitude and answered questions enthusiastically. The room service staff was polite and thoughtful, making people feel comfortable and at ease. I will come to this hotel again next time. It is only 20 minutes by taxi from Gaoqi Airport.

The location is not near SM City, as the name implied. Nevertheless, there are lots of food eateries nearby at local prices. The room is comfortable enough and reception service is good. They should have a doorman as some inconsiderate drivers park at main entrance and block everybody off. It happened twice in my 4 days stay there. I requested for a non-smoking room, it was located at level 2. But there is a big hall there with events and smokers are smoking there as there are ash trays provided. This should have been better managed as the smoke travel to the entire floor.

The hotel is located in Xinglin, far from the city, but very close to Jimei, just across the bridge. The surrounding environment is OK, it is quiet in the bustling city, public transportation is not too convenient, suitable for self-driving. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are relatively new, the bedding is very good and it is very comfortable to sleep, and the sound insulation is average. It is good to have disposable coffee cups in the minibar, which shows that the ESG management is good. I originally wanted to encourage it with a five-star review, but there was a little episode in the morning meal. I took the plate three times in a row and my hands were all greasy, and I almost slipped and dropped it on the ground. The breakfast variety is average, the taste is average, and there is nothing outstanding.
