This is super convenient to catch the train from Xi’an city. Just right next to the Railway station! They also have English speaking staff.

It's Located just next to the Xian train and metro station. Very convenient. There are police patrolling the square 24 hours, feel very safe. The hotel deco is new, clean. Customer service is friendly and efficient.

Smell smoking in th room

The front desk helped me upgrade the room type. They also asked me if I wanted a room facing the city wall. I chose to open the window to see the ancient city wall of Xi'an. It is very convenient for tourists. It is right next to Xi'an Station and next to Metro Line 4.

Hygiene: Just when I was getting ready to go to bed, I found two hairs on the sheets. Looking at the Ctrip pictures, I feel that the room is quite big. The description also said that the room is 22 square meters, but as soon as I open the door, I feel that the room is not that big and very small. The price of more than 240 yuan makes the room so small, and it is not far from the subway entrance and the train station. There are almost no other advantages. I was woken up by mosquito bites at 4 or 5 o'clock in the middle of the night. I found that there was no mosquito repellent in the house. Then, because it was too close to the train station, I was woken up by the train station announcement at around 5 o'clock. I was really speechless. I went to have breakfast in the morning. After staying in so many Hanting hotels, I have never seen a Hanting with so few types of breakfast.

The room, although it is not old, is not well maintained and smells bad, there is noise from the public address system from the train station that has been playing since 6 in the morning, the outside environment, especially at night, is bad, the hotel reception is the part from behind a store, and of the 4 receptionists I have seen, none of them knew a word of English, I repeat not a single word. Also to take the bus to the warriors it is not the best area either. I would certainly never return to this hotel. It was my mistake choosing him. The positive thing is that they kept the suitcase without charging anything. I thank you for that.

When I typed documents in the early morning, the guy at the front desk was kind enough to type them for me. The view in front of the hotel is really nice, but it's a bit noisy. Those who are particularly light sleepers may not want to live on the street side.

There was soot in the trash can, there were lint on the walls, the wallpaper was peeling off, the sheets and quilts were not cleaned enough, there were obvious signs that the shower had been turned on, and the service attitude was good.

I have to say that the location of the hotel is really amazing. It is less than 200 meters away from Exit C of Xi'an Station. The room facilities are very new and clean, and it is very convenient to travel. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Xi'an next time.

The transportation is very convenient. There is a city wall across the road. Next to the hotel is the Metro Line 4. It is not far from various attractions. It is three stops away from the Bell Tower. The price is much cheaper than the hotels near the Bell Tower.
