Great service following a late check in. The room was very clean and tidy and the hotel were able to accomodate a change in room so we were on the same floor as our family. The laundry was very clean and efficient and the gym was small but tidy. Location is great and easy for taxi to pick up and was very close to landmarks and malls. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

It's a clean and comfortable hotel. Only thing we missed was instant coffee not provided in the room .

Man Xin hotel is right near the heart of the key attractions in Xi'an. Bell Tower, DrumTower, Xi'an city wall and restaurants etc., all within walking distance.
Great facilities including a good breakfast menu.
What really sets this hotel apart are the great staff and excellent service they provide. Nothing is too much trouble. Very polite, very helpful and very approachable. Miss Xiao Zhang and the manager were especially awesome.
Highly recommend and would choose this hotel again! (Booked via Trip.com which was a smooth, easy process and hassle free process)
